Took almost 30 minutes for one order of salad rolls to arrive, and the peanut sauce tasted like peanut butter out of a jar.. Ordered a Taro Boba as well and got just a smoothie no bubbles, come to find out it's a extra .50c although not worried about it only a little frustrated when I ask a server and he disregarded me the first time. Now 40 minutes in currently and still no food either, This is only my second review I've ever put down. Which says that I have to be pretty frustrated to have to put down a review like this.. sorry to say won't be back

Horrible service And extremely horrible Sanitation. My husband and I went there for a few drinks Before Christmas shopping Of course, it's the only place that carries liquor. We waited for like 20 30 minutes before even being served. Two Shots each. We left did some shopping and came back. 2 hours later there was food sitting on tables that was sitting there when we had first arrived 2 hours before. Are shot glasses We're still there... It was nauseating. My husband has a broken foot and I have a horrible back. We ended up going over to the ram. Much further than we wanted to travel.

HORRIBLE customer service. The young lady serving our table was very nice and friendly, but the service was just AWFUL. It took forever to get one plate of rice, and she didn't give me a spoon. Then, she gave us our other food orders. Food was mediocre, but then the drinks never came until we finished our meal. The worst part was that one of our table members didn't even get her meal at all. We all finished our food but then the waiter came out and then said that they ran out of Pad Thai noodles. Seriously? The final thing that made me SUPER UPSET was that she made us pay, and then started making our 2 smoothies. We ended up canceling the 2 drinks and then just left. We also had a take-out portion, but lucky us, when we got home and opened our box WE GOT THE WRONG ORDER! We ordered Grilled chicken with rice, and got grilled pork with peanuts and noodles. I hate to sound like one of those people that complain about everything, but this is sadly the truth compared to other Vietnamese restaurants that have given us great service.

Tasty food hole family love this place. It was a quiet meal. The staff didn't really talk to us or any thing just dropped off the food and came back to refill or drink now and then. They designed this place well It felt large and inviting. The staff does a good jod of keep the place clean. They do a good job on keeping up with the table to.

I'm sure lots of people like the food here. It was fresh cooked but came out in a decent amount of time. I was a little upset cause pretty much everything I got was sweet. The lemon tea was super sweet, the pad Thai was sweet, the pho was super gingery and both appetizers as well. Just all too sweet for me. But was liked by other people with me.

I ordered pho online and when I went to pick it up they talked privately for 5 minutes before telling me they gave my order to someone else. They then started putting a new order together for me. I watched the man put my pho together with his bare hands. Then I was given chop sticks that were completely covered in mold. Really would love my money back but mostly I would've loved to be able to actually eat my lunch since I'm pregnant and starving. So upset!
