Delivery guy 30 minutes late when store location a mile away. Pizza was not hot. Hardly warm. Other pizza was air temperature and soggy and tasted stale. French fries were cold stale and gummy. All for 43$.

Horrible locations, said he's a manager who is very unprofessional. Did not look like a manager and if the supervisor or managers at the store. Let's it be run by young teenage kids. Then it's just gonna keep going undwr We'll never come back to this location again. I walked out and did not order nothing.

Had been watching basketball a good portion of the day. Constant commercials about a 12.99 any topping pizza. Sold me. Ordered Xtra cheese and pineapple. 24 something they told me. I asked about the commercial deal. Dropped it down to 14 something. Bad advertising/communication. And what happened to their deep dish crust? Been awhile since going there. Bit more now. Probably be dead.

Hi my name is ERICA, I ordered a large half Hawaiian half pepperoni and was not asked or given an option for a crust the guy was very very rude then tells me they already made the crust hand toss which I didn't ask for won't order from here again. Then had the nerve yell "WHAT"!!!!! as if I was lying.
It’s ok I guess What I don’t understand is why the store wants a delivery fee and then I gotta tip as well? They don’t even tell you til you’re done ordering.Also u can’t tip once you’re done so I had to dig through my change bucket.
I guess this store is having financial issues because it seems like they cant afford to put toppings on pizzas. I Ordered a large with olives, green peppers, mushrooms and chicken. I ended up paying 25 dollars to get it. When i opened it, and counted the ingredients, there were 10 mushroom pieces, 8 green pepper slivers, NO olives and like 10 or 12 chicken pieces.Needless to say, i wont be messing with pizza hut anymore.The only good thing was the driver. He was cool. You should appreciate them more, pizza hut, instead of firing them because you dont want to pay a pittance of what your company makes.but we have already established you are cheap af.Oh, and public service announcement:All these comments with all caps and five stars with exclaimation points? those are pizza hut employees.
