I ordered a medium pizza. It came over an hour after I ordered - over 30 mins later than it said. I had to call twice. It also came in the square style like in the dinner boxes not round. I might be weird but I wanted a round pizza if I wanted square I would’ve ordered the dinner box. Disappointed and a def wasted my $$.

I really like the chicken wings and pasta dishes at pizza Hut. The problem I have experienced more than once is when I order them on the app, they come up as OUT OF STOCK! How could this pizza place not carry enough food inventory. I ended up ordering from Dominos as they have those items in stock.

Waited over 30 minutes when they said it was ready in the screen and tracking. I won’t be back. Also, the pizza was literally tasteless. Next time, I’ll just go across the street to Grocery Outlet and buy a $10 frozen pizza.

Came in at about 2:30 pm there was only 1 lady working, she took my order quickly and politely, made my order quickly and other orders, and the food was awesome. She deserves a raise far as I'm concerned. Well done pozza hut.?

The worst pizza ever. Almost a pound of pepperoni on each piece, it was so Flippin greasy the grease came through the box!!! The cheese sticks were so greasy that the grease was coming through the bag. The best thing was the sodas. What a waste of 77 dollars!!

*I updated to three stars because they finally answered the phone and brought by our missing items. However, we also realized that they messed up on one of the pizzas we ordered. It got eaten, but it wasn't correct. (Was supposed to be BBQ sauce instead of classic marinara.)
I've given this location multiple tries, thinking it's just a fluke and they will do better the next time. I've had orders wrong, items missing, and one time it was cancelled. I've called to get help, and was hung up on 3 different times, one time I was on hold for 15 minutes before they even answered. Pizza had items missing, that were paid for, and another was made incorrectly - only green peppers on half, and it was on the entire pizza. One time, got Pepsi instead of diet Pepsi and it took me over 20 min to get ahold of someone to get it exchanged. I will say for the most part they are friendly, although once whoever answered the phone was rude. Sometimes they are on time, sometimes they are not.

Ordered a pizza online over the phone with representative. Drove all the way to the store and they acted like no order had been placed and did nothing to fix it. Worst customer service ever. They care about profit not the consumer. Do yourself a favor and go to dominoes.

3 bad experiences in a row. First time they sorted me all my sauces for bread, 2nd time they took 40 mins for just 2 orders of breadsticks and tonight they made a half cheese half pepperoni wrong and took 20 mins to remake. Done here for a long time and reviews have been bad for a little bit now

First at all, I was a regular getting pizza from this place. Today I did an online order for delivery but after waiting a bit longer than usual I call the store for and update on my order, and they cancelled because because they were out of dough and second reason was because they weren’t open at that time they didn’t receive the order and order was placed at 3:15 pm. Just lies,also they could call to notify me or send an email just to let me know what was going on.I’m writing this review because this is the second time they do that to me and they never refund my money and I had been given them a second chance after the first issue but they need new staff or training to be more costumer oriented and gain more costumers.

The two long hair guys working here are extremely sweaty and look like they have never ran a pizza shop ever, I’ve been sitting here waiting for my premade order for over 20 minutes and I ordered it 40 min ago(a personal pan pizza)
