I came to Pizza Hut to buy a pizza. When I asked if they had a paper menu, the employee said they didn’t. When I asked how I was supposed to order without a menu, he simply replied, “I don’t know.” In the end, I had to leave with nothing. The service is terrible. Very disappointed.

I made a delivery order. It was supposed to be here over an hour ago. Delivery tracker hasn't updated. I tried calling and was just on hold for over 3 minutes and never spoke to anyone!! Not happy at all. I just want my food or my money back!!!

Fabulous pizza, quick delivery most of the time. I’ve used them with carryout and delivery, and the orders are made carefully and taste great. The store itself can have you feeling a bit lonely if the workers are cutting pizzas, but they will get to you once they’re able. Thanks for feeding my family, stuffed crust FTW!!

Absolutely loved my experience at the Pizza Hut on Sunnyside in Happy Valley! Met an amazing guy there, Liam, the manager — super friendly, respectful, and just a genuinely cool person. He really knows how to treat customers right, and that makes all the difference.
Honestly, this location is way better than other places like Domino’s or Modi Pizza. It’s not just about the food (which was hot, fresh, and delicious), it’s the way they make you feel welcome and valued. Liam is running the business with heart, and it shows. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to everyone I know!

2 hours waiting on a pizza that should have been delivered in under an hour according to the app. The Pizza Hut location is only a few minutes away and I would have just picked it up myself if they were honest about the timeframe or issues. Store would not give an accurate timeframe. Tried to cancel and ask for a refund but they made it sound like it requires an act of congress. I told them to keep the money and the pizza and we picked up food elsewhere.
A lot of better pizza places around and that deliver. There are also other Pizza Hut locations just a little further away that will give you the same poor service but at least you get pizza with it. I would not recommend.
