Changed ownership like most of the convenience stores in SE Portland and they're rude. Server dropped pizza at our table and just left, no plates, didn't come back to see how we were doing, nothing. How do they expect us to tip them if they do nothing. Won't be going back there. I'm really disappointed that the Round Table pizzas sold out to them.

This store is very close to my neighborhood, and for many, many, MANY (at least 20) years, it has become a tradition of sorts to stop in, order a pizza, and drink a beer while I wait. In March thru May of this year, I stopped in 5 or 6 times, and every single one of those times I was told they had no one on staff that could pour me a beer.
In June, I left the country for a month, and now I've been back for almost a month. It's been a while since I've had Round Table – generally their pizza is pretty good! I was just told the same old line, no one on staff is able to pour me a beer.
So, I walked out. I will drive over to the location on SE McLoughlin in (almost) Gladstone. It's about 3-4 times farther for me to drive there from my place, but that is the Round Table that I will be visiting from now on. This location here is permanently out of business, as far as I'm concerned. I will *not* be returning.

Friend and I stopped in for some lunch today. We were the only customers the entire time. The guy working was friendly and food came out quick and hot and was pretty tasty Dining area was clean too.
Round table is always pretty good. Love the personal pizza special which is what I took advantage of.

This review is regarding a delivery order, not in person service. I ordered online using their website. I pre-ordered the food and chose to have the food items delivered by a designated time. Once the order was 30 minutes late, I called. I was told that they were short on delivery staff so it was sent to a third-person service (Door Dash) for delivery. I was never sent notification of this, nor was I given the opportunity to follow the delivery service through the Door Dash app on my phone. When I asked when the food would be delivered, I was told that the order had not been picked up yet but it should be out for delivery soon. When another 15 minutes went buy, I called again and spoke to a second person. She said this was a common occurrence - that they often do not have enough delivery staff, then the orders have to be send out third-party, and the orders are then delayed. Meanwhile the pizza had been sitting in the restaurant or car for an hour, the food was extremely subpar, and the delivery was 50 minutes late. I asked to speak to manager, not available. I asked to have the manager's name so that I could follow up the next day, and I was told they were not allowed to give the name of the manager out. I asked for a call back, and I did not receive a call back. Please be aware that having food delivery, while having paid a fee to do so, is not a good option with this restaurant. IMO, it is deceptive to say it can be delivered at a set time, while they are aware they can not guarantee this. Furthermore, there should be compensation when the service is this inadequate, the food is poor quality, and the willingness to meet the customers needs is so poor.
Typical pizza for round table , don't get me wrong it was good especially after not eating all day,lots of cheese the crust was very good, service rather lacking

Our baseball team showed up on a Friday night at 9pm and the staff was amazing! They were calm, inviting and happy to have business. All the food came out quickly and was delicious. We will definitely be back.
