The Roman was okay. The pork and it was the best the temperature shrimp I order in the spring rolls we're not worth ordering at all! The spring rolls are undercooked and very doughy despite the outside being more than lightly browned. What's the temperature of shrimp was ice cold by the time we got here with supreme sweet sauce. As a matter of fact, every sauce they gave us was super sweet. I was expecting more authenticity! It was edible but not worth $100 to deliver two bowls of ramen and a couple of sides again!!

The food here is delicious—I came just for some light bites and drinks, and it didn’t disappoint! The crab puffs were the best of I even had. It was incredibly crispy and tasty. The takoyaki were also fantastic—generous portions and packed with flavor.
I love that they offer many small dishes, perfect for trying a variety of things. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a casual spot with great snacks!

Normally this has always been a 4-5 star place for me. I have been coming here for many years, a favorite go-to spot when I am in town. On my last visit in April 2025 I was disappointed that my to-do order had a severely undercooked egg on it. The white was completely clear and dripped throughout my rice. I enjoy a runny yolk, but did not request any special wellness and expect the white to be at least a little cooked. Raw eggs can make you sick.

That being said, the beef bulgogi here is awesome and what I normally order. I will likely give the restaurant another chance on my next visit.

We were pretty excited to try this cart based on reviews. And I don't know if it was just a bad day or what but we ordered a simple fried rice and it was not good. It was a massive portion. Unfortunately, we ended up throwing the whole thing away. We took one bite and threw it out and found other carts to order from. The rice had no flavor at all and the meat tasted off but also unseasoned. It was just not good. It was heartbreaking to throw all that food away but there was no saving it. 😔💔 I hope this isn't seen as just bashing. We wanted to like this but it just wasn't good at all. I never throw food away. I love food. This was very unpleasant.

Their pork tonkatsu ramen is amazing, as well as their spicy ramen. My SO gets their chicken wings and kimchi udon and loves those items as well. The woman that works at the cart is always friendly. :)

The food is salty. The popcorn chicken is visibly salty (see picture, food was transferred at home to a reusable container). Rice dishes are overly salty and not balanced. The ramen is good for a food cart that has a broad spread of Asian food cuisines.

My favorite ramen restaurant. Their ramen isnt greasy like most other places. The broth is delicious. I go here once or twice a month. Love it.

Greetings,
Got to try out this food cart and found it quite delicious. Ordered their signature dish: the Singapore Rice Noodle.
Very tasty and well balanced dish with lots of flavor. Would definitely get again and want to try out the ramen as well.
Customer service was good and the man helping was patient. Food came out in a timely manner.
Absolutely recommend! ??

I’ve only ordered the cha-shu ramen from this place. It’s delicious! The broth is flavorful. There’s 3 pieces of very tasty cha-shu and a boiled egg for only $14! Great price. Great food. And they’re pretty quick too!

We used to love this place, until last Friday 4/12. My kid was sick and requested Tan Tan soup, we called for a pickup order and asked for less spicy Tan Tan if possible. We got the food home and it was not Tan Tan soup, it was ramen noodle as we requested, but ramen soup instead of tan tan. Our kid was crying and coughing so we drove all the way back and explained the situation, and they refused to remake the soup unless we paid AGAIN for it. We pushed and pushed to have our order corrected and still they refused even though THEY made it wrong the first time. Unfortunately to keep the promise we had made to our kid, we ordered ANOTHER order of tan tan soup and again asked if they could make it mild since this was for our SICK CHILD. As if it was retribution for making a scene for them to remake it, when we got the tan tan soup home it was the spiciest we have ever had there and inedible for our child. Cruel and unbelieve that anyone would do business this way.

Wonderful food. Prices are good. Food came out hot and very quickly after I ordered. Definitely will be back.
Popcorn chicken was really good. Kimchee fried rice could've been better, not a ton of flavor. Stir fry Udon noodles were a bit too saucy, but the stir fry rice noodles were good! Would like to come back and try the Ramen.
