We used to love their pizza, but I'll say what happened with me when I placed an order:
1st time: it was my daughter's birthday last year, and I ordered 2 pizzas and they came completely burnt.
2nd time: it was my other daughter's birthday. I placed an order with doordash to be ready by 2:30, the driver contacted me saying that the pizzas were not ready and he had to wait until 3:30 to pick up the order, which eventually I received at 3:45 pm, leaving my guests starving, and one of the pizzas was burnt.
3rd time: we were at Clackamas mall and made an order, the said it will be ready in 20 minutes, we came after half an hour and it wasn't ready, and they forgot to make it, we had to wait another 20 minutes, and the pizza was burnt again.
4th time, it was my daughter's sweet 16th birthday this year and I made an order at 5:00 pm asking the pizza to be ready at 6:00. I came at six and they forgot to make the pizza again, and we waited until 6:30 pm and the pizza was burnt again.
No more chances for Sbarro pizza from our family, we will never order again.

This place is extremely dirty, and the food taste super old. They didn't want to give me a refund when I returned the food 3 minutes later because the other employee didn't give me a receipt.

the food was actually disgusting, i’ve never written a review in my life but i need to get it out there. the 4 cheese pizza tasted like burnt toast with burnt cheese on top, the pepperoni my boyfriend got tasted the same but with more grease, and the spinach and cheese Stromboli was so very burnt we had to get a different flavor, and even that was mediocre at best.

This is my favorite pizza spot! The pizza is super tasty, the crust is amazing, and the slices are big and really filling. The only thing I’d love to see improved is the area by the register and napkins it was honestly pretty messy with crumbs, and not very pleasant. But the pizza is so good it’s still worth it!

This place is a joke. Stood in line for 15 minutes with only one other customer in line only for them to tell me all they had was one piece of pepperoni pizza, even though I literally saw them taking two whole pepperoni pizzas out of the oven. 😕

They consistently say they are closed on separate occasions (4:50pm, 6:30, 7pm) or stop making pizza 2 hours before close.
I went in-person at 6:57pm and was told they can't make me a whole pie or slices since they stop making them at a certain time.
I've even had door dashers send me pictures of no one there besides employees talking to each other while my only order was in the process of being made. (They waited for 45 min at 5pm)
Regardless, the line was DISGUSTING! The pictures don't do any justice!
The payment screen and the line was covered in Soda,Receipts, food debris, etc. I'm fairly certain it hadn't been wiped down in a few days.
The screen looked like someone had spit on it , picked their nose and used dirty fingers to wipe on the screen.

This pizza place is nostalgic for me as it reminds me of when my dad used to take us to the mall to walk around and grab lunch. Sbarro was the only place I’d ever like to order from.
The food is a 4/5 at best, but this last time around this place earned a 5/5 due to their service. They were quick and professional, but they went above and beyond by replacing my kids slice after he dropped it on the floor. They had no obligation to do so, and frankly I did not expect it, but my wife asked and they were happy to do so.

The poor guy working was alone upfront and was getting lost due to the confusion and the lady in the back was licking, LICKING!!!!!! Her fingers while making the sauce. Door was open for everyone to watch ????
