the food was actually disgusting, i’ve never written a review in my life but i need to get it out there. the 4 cheese pizza tasted like burnt toast with burnt cheese on top, the pepperoni my boyfriend got tasted the same but with more grease, and the spinach and cheese Stromboli was so very burnt we had to get a different flavor, and even that was mediocre at best.

This is my favorite pizza spot! The pizza is super tasty, the crust is amazing, and the slices are big and really filling. The only thing I’d love to see improved is the area by the register and napkins it was honestly pretty messy with crumbs, and not very pleasant. But the pizza is so good it’s still worth it!

This place is a joke. Stood in line for 15 minutes with only one other customer in line only for them to tell me all they had was one piece of pepperoni pizza, even though I literally saw them taking two whole pepperoni pizzas out of the oven. 😕

They consistently say they are closed on separate occasions (4:50pm, 6:30, 7pm) or stop making pizza 2 hours before close.
I went in-person at 6:57pm and was told they can't make me a whole pie or slices since they stop making them at a certain time.
I've even had door dashers send me pictures of no one there besides employees talking to each other while my only order was in the process of being made. (They waited for 45 min at 5pm)
Regardless, the line was DISGUSTING! The pictures don't do any justice!
The payment screen and the line was covered in Soda,Receipts, food debris, etc. I'm fairly certain it hadn't been wiped down in a few days.
The screen looked like someone had spit on it , picked their nose and used dirty fingers to wipe on the screen.

This pizza place is nostalgic for me as it reminds me of when my dad used to take us to the mall to walk around and grab lunch. Sbarro was the only place I’d ever like to order from.
The food is a 4/5 at best, but this last time around this place earned a 5/5 due to their service. They were quick and professional, but they went above and beyond by replacing my kids slice after he dropped it on the floor. They had no obligation to do so, and frankly I did not expect it, but my wife asked and they were happy to do so.
The poor guy working was alone upfront and was getting lost due to the confusion and the lady in the back was licking, LICKING!!!!!! Her fingers while making the sauce. Door was open for everyone to watch ????

Didn't think I would get here today and to this point since I loved this place and their food but I cannot deal with the rude and horrible customer service at that place correction customer service doesn't exist for them and customer first doesn't either employees are rude and always give you a dirty stare whenever I tried to order anything sadly also they do not know what they are doing at all asked the employee what comes with the combo and he said 2 slices of pizza a drink and a side come to the other end the employee rudely said that it doesn't come with 2 slices of pizza only comes with 1 slice a side and a drink how do your employees don't know what they are doing?? Also, maybe if the manager wouldn't be tolerating that, the employees would be a little less rude, and yeah, I was ordering. There once when it was sorta busy maybe 3 people in line I overheard how rude he was with customers who weren't happy about the employee giving them the wrong thing I see where that attitude is coming from last time ever will I come to this place and I recommend everyone not to unless you're trying to get your mood wrapped on by their great customer service

Going here after church on Sundays with my mom and sister is the best idea ever for lunch, The pepperoni pizza that I purchased here was the best. The drinks were good and the workers were friendly to me. The problem is is that if I wanted to get a refill again they told me it would not be free but other then that great vibe and food. Would eat again?
Parking: The parking to get to the CTCM is very hard at 1st to find! But eventually we could go without any problems with me and my sister!
Kid-friendliness: The vibe is kid friendly for sure, I've seen some adults take their kids here to eat some delicious pizza too and I know that they know how to make the pizza good too so definitely it is very child friendly for sure.

I love to eat here every time I visit the mall. Never had a terrible experience till now. Food was still good. But, no one is wearing gloves. Touching everything with their bare hands. Watched an employee shaping dough with bare hands. Putting bare hands in cheese. Saw another one handling cash and then touching food. They have a hand washing sink but no one was using it. Will not eat there again unless they are gloved up.
