Didn't think I would get here today and to this point since I loved this place and their food but I cannot deal with the rude and horrible customer service at that place correction customer service doesn't exist for them and customer first doesn't either employees are rude and always give you a dirty stare whenever I tried to order anything sadly also they do not know what they are doing at all asked the employee what comes with the combo and he said 2 slices of pizza a drink and a side come to the other end the employee rudely said that it doesn't come with 2 slices of pizza only comes with 1 slice a side and a drink how do your employees don't know what they are doing?? Also, maybe if the manager wouldn't be tolerating that, the employees would be a little less rude, and yeah, I was ordering. There once when it was sorta busy maybe 3 people in line I overheard how rude he was with customers who weren't happy about the employee giving them the wrong thing I see where that attitude is coming from last time ever will I come to this place and I recommend everyone not to unless you're trying to get your mood wrapped on by their great customer service

Going here after church on Sundays with my mom and sister is the best idea ever for lunch, The pepperoni pizza that I purchased here was the best. The drinks were good and the workers were friendly to me. The problem is is that if I wanted to get a refill again they told me it would not be free but other then that great vibe and food. Would eat again?Parking: The parking to get to the CTCM is very hard at 1st to find! But eventually we could go without any problems with me and my sister!Kid-friendliness: The vibe is kid friendly for sure, I've seen some adults take their kids here to eat some delicious pizza too and I know that they know how to make the pizza good too so definitely it is very child friendly for sure.

This is disgusting. Never recommend. Not even for your child being picky and not wanting anything other than pizza. The people were slacking too with their service. Very boring and bland. Made the vibes seem like this place got no life. No motivations either. I got a Stromboli with a small side of spaghetti. The noodles were dried out and felt like bit into plastic. And the Stromboli wasn't done baking. Literally the inside half of the dough wasn't baked. Just raw raggedy dough. Didn't even bother going up to cashier about it because their service was half done too.

I love to eat here every time I visit the mall. Never had a terrible experience till now. Food was still good. But, no one is wearing gloves. Touching everything with their bare hands. Watched an employee shaping dough with bare hands. Putting bare hands in cheese. Saw another one handling cash and then touching food. They have a hand washing sink but no one was using it. Will not eat there again unless they are gloved up.

I'd say that this Sbarro location is nicer in terms of food service and quality compared to the one in the Washington Square mall. The food is what you'd expect from this chain, and I find it enjoyable for fast food, but a bit overpriced and nothing particularly special.

Worst customer service ever. Don't go to this place. No matter how long you've waited they will skip you and help some one who would just walk up in front of you.
The cashier with the pink mask was so rude. They don't take cards only cash and the ice machine is not working so no Ice the drinks and the only reason I stopped is because my little one wanted a pepperoni pizza. But with they rude attitude never again I'm coming back

Decent food but slow service. I had to ask to purchase my food after waiting for the cashier to take ten minutes to hand over two sodas and talk to the customer in front of me about non-work related stuff. I will never come to sbarro again.

Ordered something at 5:30. I get there at 6:15 and they haven’t even started my order. When I noticed that they had the same food I ordered on display, I asked for it, but the manager refused to give them to me and insisted on making mine from scratch even though I told them I’m in a rush. Horrible customer service from the manager

Going to have to confirm the rudeness of employees. They did not have a slice of pizza that I liked. So was willing to buy an entire pizza and wait for it. Individual who took my order noticeably sighed and rolled his eyes.Maybe he's just having a bad day. But you should have kept the reaction to yourself. I worked for the company a few years back and it was bad.Pay was badOnly one person worked in the backThe guy in the back (me)was treated like he was part of the trash.The guy in the back was responsible for washing dishes, prepping food, running deliveries in the mall, maintaining the food line up front, get stuff for the front people even when we were slow.In Rushes I couldn't keep up because the front crew couldn't even get their own things to help themselves.Made me work while I was in a slingMold under the dishwasher sinks in back.Guy in back asked for help but never got it.The manager wasn't good but wasn't totally bad
