Drinks are good, but I order every Saturday at least a year now, every time says I need 6 more points for my free drink an I never reach to 6vpoints I try to put the code on the app an it says that the code or the receipt is invalid

Bad experiences ever! Although we’re loyal members, they treated us so so bad. They’re young and they lack of their knowledges about customer services.

Just okay. This menu is nothing impressive and the flavors available are bland and inconsistent. It is too expensive for what is being offered.

I missed having sharetea back home so I came here. I go to a sharetea in California that offers their honey milk tea with milk. It's literally tea, milk, honey. Ive come to realize shareteas across the US may be different/inconsistent because I was so confused that I couldn't substitute with a different kind of milk because they said this drink doesn't contain milk. What? There was no way I could substitute. I always substitute my drink's milk back at my other location. Taro milk tea was also not prepared the same. Overall this sharetea was ok just because I am not used to their drinks. Sorry, I unfortunately will not be coming here again.

The drinks are extremely inconsistent. The last few times I’ve gone, it tastes watered down. They’re not measuring anything they’re doing. Service can be very slow despite hardly anyone in line.

This is the only location of Sharetea that is always inconsistent with the way the drinks taste. Order the same thing every time for it to taste completely different every time. Can go from super sweet to tasting like water.

Cashier name Carlos and his coworker keep talking too much without making my drinks. It seems not busy at 2:40pm and they just talking and laughing. I have to wait my 4 drinks were 15mins;(((

Staff in this particular branch didn't seem excited to serve us. So I don't think I'll visit again.
