Wow this place is amazing! Wonderful service and the sushi tasted better than expected! The ingredients were fresh and was not lacking quality. No imitation crab or anything. Lots of parking near the mall and the food did not take long. I would definitely come back!

Great sushi and menu. Alcoholic beverages are wonderful and yummy. Spendy side but worth it. Intimate atmosphere. Perfect for a date night or even family dinner. You can see your food being prepared as well. Friendly staff. Very helpful and accommodating. Clean establishment. Very cool place and I highly reccomend.

We’ve eaten at Sinju many times and previously had enjoyed both the food and the service, but today was certainly an exception. We called in an order for pickup (at 4:55) and were told it would be ready by 5:20. It was a small order: a California roll and veggie tempura. I arrived at 5:22 and was told it would be another 10 minutes. Not too unreasonable - they were busy.But when I waited an additional 30 minutes, that did feel unreasonable. When the order finally came, I asked for the manager and requested a discount. The most they could offer was 10%, she said. The final straw: the food was cold and the tempura wasn’t what we’d ordered.We aren’t sure we’ll take our business there again. We don’t fault the hostess or the cooks, but the management’s attitude was not what we would expect off a business that needs customer loyalty to thrive.

Food was great. Really fresh. I recommend the Godzilla. I am very picky about food. Especially sushi. This is in my top 5 place to get sushi. Top 3 in Oregon. Service was fantastic. Very attentive to our needs without being over bearing and to much. Very clean and very respectable to the covid 19 demands. If you are looking to get out and back some assemblance to normalcy, I highly recommend.

Went with our friends at the dinner. Very were satisfied. Staff polite and service high-level. Quickly took order and quickly it brought. Feed dishes beautiful. Delicious and fresh. There were satisfied, be sure to once again will come. Recommend. Thank you.
Great spot for HH during these Covid times. The place was clean and all the servers/staff were following state guidelines. As customers, we were allowed to remove our masks while seated but at all other times we had to put them on.The HH tables are first come first serve but my sister and I didn't have any trouble getting a spot. They were very well spaced adhering again to social distancing guidelines. The HH menu has a nice selection of items. We ordered about 3/4 of the menu items, some in duplicates, including the mussels, avocado roll, California roll, chicken skewers, beef skewers, crispy chicken skewers, edamame, spicy tuna roll and more. Total bill with drinks came to $54. Just a note, you cannot take any leftovers if you order too much. Also a minimum drink order of $3 per person is required to get the HH prices.So if you are craving some ? I would definitely recommend heading over to Sinju Happy Valley.

Best sushi I've had in a while! Best one we had was the blazer roll! The yummy roll was ofcourse yummy!! The volcano roll was a little rich but enjoyable. The wife loved the green muscle appetizer gave it 5 stars by it's self!

I have been craving sushi during this lock down and this is by far the best place around to get take out. Their sushi is a bit pricey but they are big rolls. Yummy!!
