Starbucks Coffee Company is an old favored location for many. It is considered the best Starbucks by some, noted for being fast and saving time on a commute. The service is often described as wonderful, with kind employees who are always nice, providing sufficient service. Orders are always correct. It is a güd place for a coffee date. The location is quite enough to work in despite a busy road. Clean gender neutral restrooms are available. Everything is good during a quick stop for a walk.
However, experiences vary. Some report a bad experience where baristas have no regard for names, even when clearly written. A London Fog drink once tasted like hot steamed water with no typical flavor and lacked a sleeve. There is a wish that they did not charge extra for pumpkin cream in certain drinks. While the food is good, some feel it is a shame that corporate prevents and discourages unionization, which undermines the positive reputation.
