Old favored location over the years. I'm usually rolling out of bed and heading straight to it whenever I find myself staying with a friend in the condo complex across SE Misty Dr. They've always been kind, and I've never been admonished for any day I have, let's say, over extended my patronage. Where I'm from, The San Francisco Bay Area, I grew up in espresso cafes. In Berkeley, there's always been a faction of mad geniuses who practically use a cafe like an adult care center. I'm not that bad, but I'm always appreciative of the Starry Mermaid's minions radical acceptance.

I had a poor customer service experience at this Starbucks drive through, today. As a treat for the staff, we were buying drinks to take to my wife's nail salon.
We do this every couple months. The last time we did so, we were shorted one drink. We only found about this,when we got the order for today. These orders are typically for 8 drinks, around $45.
When I was going through the drive through, the woman took my order for 8 drinks. I then explained the shorted drink on the last order and asked for one of the drinks to be free. Immediately a man came over the intercom, and chuckled and said they could not do that . I was not given any options as to what they could do.
To top it off, it took us nearly 25 minutes to get through the line (6 cars in front of us)!
Well what I can and will do, is go to another Starbucks in the future. There is another one less than a mile away.
Hopefully the workers there know what good customer service is.

Went to the Starbucks today, decided to go in and not in the drive-through today order myself a cup of coffee one rose and egg bites. My bill was $8 and change I gave the lady that worked there a $20 and she gave me back a dollar I told the lady that I gave you a $20 and she refused repeatedly saying I gave her $10 until I asked her to request a manager to open the tilt in little did we fine a $20 bill and a tilt She gave me a fake apology after that, they got my drink repeatedly wrong specified that the coffee taste like water is something wrong. They did not believe me until they seen it their selves very narcissistic attitudes. In ignorance people are afraid to admit when they’re wrong there to top it off I got one that coffee to go and they got this wrong again, and I felt like the lady did it on purpose I will not be going back to the Starbucks.

The atmosphere is fine, but the customer service is horrible. Well, the manager is mean anyways. I went it for a sugar free vanilla latte, but it was extremely hot and tasted burnt. When I went up to see if I could get something else the manager berated me. I did not want a refund and I wasn't upset, so I don't understand why she was so mad. I ended up leaving. This isn't the first time that I've seen the manager treat customers poorly. There are a million Starbucks, go to a different one!

I have bad experience in strbucks, baristas have no regards to my Name even when my name is clearly written on phone app and on my drink, so am gradually stepping out of strbucks.

This is the best Starbucks I’ve been to! It’s right by my work, they are always so fast, and even when I go out of my way to come to this Starbucks they seem to save me time on my commute (somehow). All the employees are also so nice, and my order is always correct! Thanks for being the best!

The service is wonderful, the food is good. It would be better if the employees were allowed to unionize. By preventing and discouraging unionization, corporate undermines the positive reputation they try so hard to build. It's quite a shame.

I swear, I get the worst service here 90% of the time and all I ever order is a grande drip. I know, there are other Starbucks in the area (literally, like 5 within 3 miles), but I always want to give this location a chance because they genuinely have a few nice baristas. There's one morning shift sup that seems nice, but I feel like she purposely takes her time with my order. Just this morning, she helped me, knew my order, but it took over 5 minutes to get my cup of coffee. Someone else ordered after me (venti drip with a little ice) and he was in and out within 2 minutes of his order and a barista working drive-thru simultaneously helped him.
