The service is wonderful, the food is good. It would be better if the employees were allowed to unionize. By preventing and discouraging unionization, corporate undermines the positive reputation they try so hard to build. It's quite a shame.

I swear, I get the worst service here 90% of the time and all I ever order is a grande drip. I know, there are other Starbucks in the area (literally, like 5 within 3 miles), but I always want to give this location a chance because they genuinely have a few nice baristas. There's one morning shift sup that seems nice, but I feel like she purposely takes her time with my order. Just this morning, she helped me, knew my order, but it took over 5 minutes to get my cup of coffee. Someone else ordered after me (venti drip with a little ice) and he was in and out within 2 minutes of his order and a barista working drive-thru simultaneously helped him.

So I saw they installed new coffee drinks machines that do single serve coffee to order. I was actually excited and as awesome as it sounds, the coffee quality is shockingly bad. It's grittier and more bitter, almost chalky. I normally tell my self to slow down and pace sips, but it's two hours and I just can't. It's pretty unfortunate because I go to starbucks twice a day for their larger cup sizes (I'm 6 7). Maybe I got old, but 6.35 pre tip for an Americano that cost 2.15 within the 21st century twice a day or 381 plus 60 for tips a month for daily 2x base line coffee is like, not a thing for me. Not paying 450 a month for base americanos because your drip coffee is so bad. Guess I'm moving on..

Delicious coffee is brewed here. You can calmly meet and chat with a person. Probably one of the few cafes that is open until late, it’s convenient.

Don’t come here if you have a lactose intolerance this girl with a short cut gave me milk the second time i asked for it to be fixed in front of me. I don’t know what it is with coffee shops having no respect for other people’s allergies and don’t understand why a 18 year old is managing other teenagers. Not only the workers gave me milk but her herself did. never coming back this Starbucks for coffee, disgusting immature service from a workers is one thing but from the manager at such a busy establishment is just a lazy check for Starbucks. 0/5
