Despite it's shortcomings, Stickman's still delivers on good tasting pizza and a variety of beers on tap. The place may be loud on a Friday night, but it has a local place feeling to it.

The staff was friendly but the employee running the counter didn't know how to make any mixed drinks. I asked her to just mix this and that together and she said she could put them on the side for me to-do? That was pretty sad. So if you want beer and pizza a good place but for people wanting mixers be warned. Also want to let you know, we visited on a Wednesday so maybe weekends are better. Lastly we had about 16 people in our party and had to split it up into 2 groups cause the biggest table they had was for 12

They have the best pizza. It's a little smokey from the firewood oven.

Parking terrible, waited 51 minutes for an expensive less than average pizza--1st and last time I will try. Just nothing impressive about this place

This place used to be good. Now, the pizza is burnt and extremely thin crust. It took us 40+ mins to get our food. The beer is still good, but it's just not worth it anymore. There's also lights flashing from their arcade display that I assume would help parents get a break from their overactive kids, but in trade the vibes and atmosphere is not enjoyable. I'm hoping the other locations are a lot nicer.

I don’t ever write reviews and compelled to write one due to how long my son and I waited for food. Waited over 75 mins for 1 medium pizza. The staff was disorganized and pizza was still very undercooked. I have been here a few times before and always had >45 min wait times for one pizza. Very disappointing for the price.

Overall, I thought the food was pretty good. A little expensive, but still good for how much food you get. However, the service is pretty shotty. I don't drink alcohol, and when I asked if they could make me something without it, or inquired about any of their NA options, they gave me a lot of attitude. Really unfortunate since I can't drink and wasn't being rude about it or anything. If you are going to serve NA options, and have a full bar, you should probably be more accommodating to those of us who can't have alcohol, even though it's a taproom.

My friend and I went to Happy Valley location last night for pizzas. We each ordered a pizza and a drink. Both of our pizzas were burnt. … As I looked around at other tables, I could see that their pizzas look burnt also. I’ve been coming here for quite a long time and I’ve always had good pizza so I don’t know if they have a new oven or a new cook, but I certainly didn’t get my moneys worth last night

The pizzas, drinks, and salads are great but the service is terrible. I waited over 20 minutes to just order a pizza over the phone one time and then another time, called about twenty times before someone even answered the phone. And then when we went and got the pizzas, they forgot the ranch for the pizza, which is fine, we should have double checked.

Edited to add: it actually took them 40 minutes to answer and actually take my order.

I went here for a nice Friday night dinner with my dad. We got there and bout to order drinks and the lady at the bar said she couldn’t accept my ID.
That has NEVER happened to me before. I’ve eaten there plenty of other times and they accepted my ID. I understand that I look young for my age, but I’m 28 and have a VALID STATE ISSUE LICENSE. I was mortified, confused, and a little humiliated. The worse part is the lady wouldn’t tell me why she can’t accept it. Never gave a reason.
So therefore I’m no longer coming here if I’m gonna be treated that way. Thanks stickmens pizza you just lost a whole family for your business.

Stickmen Brewing – Happy Valley

We stopped in at Stickmen Brewing in Happy Valley and were disappointed with the overall experience. The setup is walk-up style — you order at the bar, and the food is made to order. That’s fine in theory, but in practice it didn’t flow very well.

Our food came out at completely different times, so we couldn’t actually eat together. The biggest issue came when it was time to pay. You have to stand in line again at the bar to cash out, and my uncle ended up waiting over 20 minutes just to pay while several staff members stood around. I even asked one of them about helping, and they explained they couldn’t because they weren’t OLCC licensed — and that their manager was running late for their shift. Meanwhile, my uncle had to stay in line or risk losing his spot.

On top of that, there were kids running literal laps around the restaurant, ducking under tables, and no one stepped in to manage it. It made the whole place feel chaotic.

The bright spot of our visit was Apollo, who made a great pizza and actually communicated with us. They deserve recognition — and honestly, a raise and an OLCC license so they can help customers more effectively.

Overall, the food was just okay, but the disorganization and lack of management really hurt the experience. Hopefully they can tighten up service, because the space and concept have potential.

We've been here almost weekly since they opened as we live nearby. Still enjoy the beer, however, ownership just let go most of the long time staff and in the last few weeks the pizza quality has tanked....come for the beer....and get a salad..
