This location seems to finally have it together and the right team members. Before, I used to avoid this location. As it was constantly understaffed, closed randomly, or had seriously long waits. - yesterdays experience was wonderful. The drive thru line went quickly, order was correct and lots of sauce! Big improvement!

So slow dude. 15 mins to get through a drive through is wild. And 90% of the time the staff messes up your order. Staff needs more training and management needs to be changed

This place is the worst. They ignore the customers in the restaurant and only work the drive-thru. Waited 20 minutes for two items. People that came in 15 minutes after me were getting their food. Took forever to get someone to give me my money back. AVOID.

This is objectively the worst Taco Bell location I have ever been to, and I've been to a LOT of Taco Bells. Unfortunately, this happens to be the closest one to where I live now. I have never once gotten a correct order from this place. Every single time, there are incorrect AND missing items. To boot, the employees are honestly quite rude and get super defensive if you check your order before leaving. God forbid you call them out on something being wrong or missing, they'll argue with you. Trying to get a refund for your missing items? Good luck with that. There is not a competent staff member to be found in this establishment and it's infuriating. I don't know why I keep coming back. Go to literally any other location, it's so worth the extra driving time.

I spent $30 for my family’s dinner just to get it home and have it be completely wrong. I called and talked to “manager Leo” who apologized, took my order and name and said to come back anytime to get our food replaced. Normally, I would chalk it up to the game but $30 at Taco Bell is crazy and this is the billionth time Taco Bell has ripped me off. I go in tonight to get my food replaced and waited at the counter for 10minutes while the workers actively ignored me until I finally yelled out for help and a manager. Another 5minutes later a manager approaches and I ask if he is Leo and he says no, what do you need. I explain what happened and what I was told and he said sorry, Leo’s not here. I said OK why should that matter? He said sorry nothing we can do to help. I said excuse me you’re just going to steal from me then says no I didn’t steal from you. I said you work at Taco Bell. I ordered $30 worth of food and I did not get it. I called the manager who acknowledge that they messed up and said I could come and get my food replaced Now you’re telling me that you will not do that so you are stealing then he starts walking away from me and I said excuse me call Leo go find my name in the book he goes. What’s your name I tell him and then he leaves for another 10 minutes and I can see that he’s on the phone. He comes back and says sorry if you don’t have a receipt, there’s nothing we can do. I said nobody even said anything about me having a receipt. I have the transaction pulled up on my credit card and it shows right here the 20th and for $27 just like I told you he then told me to get out of the store. I told him he was ridiculous cut him out and told him that probably everyone there hates him and left I went into my car found the receipt walked back in and said hey here’s your receipt where then again nobody came to the counter after 10 minutes I left The fact that a multimillion dollar company is stealing from me and they have somebody like that managing their company makes me sick. Do not go to this. Taco Bell put them out of business. They are terrible people who literally do not care about anything and not even themselves.

Terrible you all need to hire more people and get some respect and order up in there. This poor girl had 20 people between the drive thru and lobby to deal with all by herself and two other workers. Waited 40 mins for our order. Get new management because whoever is on as the manager and GM are doing a very very poor job.

Dining room disgusting, noone cleaning.parking lot is a mess.
They Can't take you order except on a kiosk, have to give email just to order, and get a receipt . Super poor service. Guess they want em to eat elsewhere.

Basic, plain interior with late night, sparce atmosphere. Most customers were teenagers or young adults. Food was just as we expected. I love the Mexican pizza!

I chose to dine in, and there were 3 customers, including myself there on a Tuesday at 6:30pm
And no one in the drive thru.
