I spent $30 for my family’s dinner just to get it home and have it be completely wrong. I called and talked to “manager Leo” who apologized, took my order and name and said to come back anytime to get our food replaced. Normally, I would chalk it up to the game but $30 at Taco Bell is crazy and this is the billionth time Taco Bell has ripped me off. I go in tonight to get my food replaced and waited at the counter for 10minutes while the workers actively ignored me until I finally yelled out for help and a manager. Another 5minutes later a manager approaches and I ask if he is Leo and he says no, what do you need. I explain what happened and what I was told and he said sorry, Leo’s not here. I said OK why should that matter? He said sorry nothing we can do to help. I said excuse me you’re just going to steal from me then says no I didn’t steal from you. I said you work at Taco Bell. I ordered $30 worth of food and I did not get it. I called the manager who acknowledge that they messed up and said I could come and get my food replaced Now you’re telling me that you will not do that so you are stealing then he starts walking away from me and I said excuse me call Leo go find my name in the book he goes. What’s your name I tell him and then he leaves for another 10 minutes and I can see that he’s on the phone. He comes back and says sorry if you don’t have a receipt, there’s nothing we can do. I said nobody even said anything about me having a receipt. I have the transaction pulled up on my credit card and it shows right here the 20th and for $27 just like I told you he then told me to get out of the store. I told him he was ridiculous cut him out and told him that probably everyone there hates him and left I went into my car found the receipt walked back in and said hey here’s your receipt where then again nobody came to the counter after 10 minutes I left The fact that a multimillion dollar company is stealing from me and they have somebody like that managing their company makes me sick. Do not go to this. Taco Bell put them out of business. They are terrible people who literally do not care about anything and not even themselves.

Terrible you all need to hire more people and get some respect and order up in there. This poor girl had 20 people between the drive thru and lobby to deal with all by herself and two other workers. Waited 40 mins for our order. Get new management because whoever is on as the manager and GM are doing a very very poor job.

Dining room disgusting, noone cleaning.parking lot is a mess.
They Can't take you order except on a kiosk, have to give email just to order, and get a receipt . Super poor service. Guess they want em to eat elsewhere.

Basic, plain interior with late night, sparce atmosphere. Most customers were teenagers or young adults. Food was just as we expected. I love the Mexican pizza!

I chose to dine in, and there were 3 customers, including myself there on a Tuesday at 6:30pm
And no one in the drive thru.

Dining room:
Dirty tables
Sticky dirty floors
Sticky dirty fountain drink machine
Trash cans all full
No napkins
Restroom filthy
Employees were too busy on their phones to care about the customers.

What the hell I go in for just regular tacos and a burrito the burrito was fine the tacos smelled tasted like old tortilla chips the old oil grease whatever was on the bottom of the wrapper when I opened up the tacos were nasty smelling and tasted horrible burrito was fine taco shells had to be old oil had to be old whenever the stop come on man never had this in Taco Bell. Ridiculous and the manager never apologized just looked at me and gave me a refund really how about an apology you say no we'll look into it no no look into it just give me a refund really

I saw an advertisement for the chicken cantina bowl and thought it was a good time to try it. To my dismay, they got my order completely wrong and added almost everything I didn’t ask for. Such as sauces beans and more. I’m allergic to black beans and couldn’t eat the entire thing. I’m beyond disappointed that it not only cost so much for a fast food item, but I also couldn’t eat it because the entire order was wrong.

Checked my bag while still in the store and realized they forgot my fries. I found out once I got home all three of my tacos were wrong, and not even remotely close to what was ordered. Double checked that I was given the right bag since not a single thing was correct and it was mine. I had ordered three speciality tacos and got 3 with only beef and cheese.
