Ordered three tacos, they had no cheese on them at all. The lettuce was brown. Took them back up to the counter to ask for some cheese and the lady behind the counter was super rude and acted like I was bothering her. I said “the tacos are supposed to have cheese on them, right?” She didn’t understand what I was saying. She finally was able to get me a little cup of cheese that I put on myself. Bizarre haha

My husband put in an online order through taco times website and had it delivered via doordash. In that order we ordered the Cinnamon crustos and didn't receive them. My husband called about the missing item and was told you have to come in to get your crustos or money back EVEN THOUGH the other night yall had no issue cancelingour order and had no issues refunding that money without us coming in. Very inconvenient for people who prefer to order online and have it delivered. we also didn't get any of our taco sauces. SO BUYER BE CAREFUL. ONLINE ORDERS YOUR ON YOUR OWN EVEN IF YOU DIDN'T GET ALL THAT YOU PAID FOR. GONNA SPEND MORE ON GAS JUST TRYING TO PARK AT THE MALL. Will not be back. No care for the customers hard earned money and horrid customer service if you order online.

Arrived at 15 minutes to closing and they fixed me 6 super soft tacos without any problem.

The food is Good! However, but not so much if you go on Sunday morning. The woman that opens is usually late. The food is ho hum. Today she turned the lights on at 11, to avoid the mall fine for food court vendor opening late. However, she simmple arrived late, AGAIN, and was not prepped to open. She proceeded to tell me they dont open until 11:30 on Sunday. I told her we both know that's not true. We left, since we could not wait. Planning to catch a movie after Taco's. Should have known, we can NEVER rely on them opening on time unless the owner is working. The B crew woman is RUDE and unfriendly since she showed up about 2-3 years ago. If the manager/owner isn't there we will NEVER go back. The B team NEVER opens on time. I know that the food court people are supposed to open on time or they get fined. I'm also filing a complaint with Clackamas Town Center.

No body else in line....made for quick food pick up...got the crispy bean burritos...🥰

One of the better choices at the Clackamas Towne Center mall. Besides pizza, my son didn’t want to eat anything else at the food court. He got a soft taco with ground beef, lettuce, tomato and cheese. It was a good sized burrito and he liked it. It was $4.99 which seemed pretty fair for the size. And they were friendly and gave us water and an extra hot sauce - since my boy likes hot sauce on every bite (just like dad!) and was just enough to keep him happy. Recommended.
