This is our go to Mexican food in Happy Valley! The food is always fresh and flavorful. We love the Brussels sprouts, mole tamale, and quesadilla. Great spot for families, we also love take out.

Post-hike munchies after Mt. Talbert led us straight to Tamale Boy (Happy Valley) and WOWβweβre in love. The al pastor nachos were crispy, cheesy, spicy perfection. The chile verde and tinga tamales were cozy little flavor bombs.
Service was super friendly, vibes were chill, and honestly? This might be our new ritual. Tamales + trees + a little weed = heaven. π―π²π¨π

My husband and I come here all the time! The chicken mole tamale is spectacular and we love the queso fundido, burritos, and churros with strawberry ice cream! They also homemaker their salsas which are so good! We bring our friends and family here all the time! Highly recommend!
