Waited more than an hour for a mediocre microwave meal with a small portion dry bland rubbery chicken. Nothings fresh out of our 4 entrees unless you count the side salad as an entree, not eating here again

Overpriced and not very good. Food was mediocre. Ordered a house glass of Chardonnay -- $17 per glass. My husband and I ordered from the skinnylicious menu and we each had 3 glasses of wine and beer. Our bill was $160. We won't be back.

When we first got there they tried to sit me and my friend over on the other side of the restaurant with no one near us. Then we went to leave and left cash payment on the table when we were finished . And we were chased after buy a girl named Evelyn who runs the cheesecake desk. We were told we needed to go back to our table so we could finish the transaction when clearly we left payment larger than the bill. Which means it would have been tip. I should have taken our tip back after that encounter. Shame on your Evelyn for profiling us because we are trans and don't fit the cheesecake factory norm. I've never encountered something like this at any other restaurant.

As we were leaving after spending 85 on food, we left 100$ cash on the table and walked towards the door. Evelyn the girl who worked behind the cheesecake counter chased us down and told us we weren’t allowed to leave. This was very disrespectful to me, did she think we were dine and dashing.. never coming back after such disrespect. Maybe check the table before u go chasing down a paying customer to come back in the restaurant

Omar! Omar! Omar!
I gave the food 5 stars. My fish and chips was good, and plentiful, if not overly crispy. My Wife's enchiladas were what you would expect from a kitchen that doesn't specialize in that sort of food. Zippy sauce. Which is good.
My tartar sauces were great. Some of the best I've ever had. Period.
Our cheesecakes were great.
The wife got the gluten free one with strawberries and cream. She loved it. Best part of the meal.
I had the red velvet cheesecake. It was amazing, if overwhelming.
But the star of the show, and the reason for the season is and for us always will be is Omar.
Our server never let a water glass, coffee cup, or soft drink go unattended.
He was endlessly helpful and engaging.
I'd be happy to go to this location so long as he's there.
On a sadder note, our table had tons of chips out of it. The property really needs an update and renovation. But the food and service are still top notch.
