The Cheesecake Factory

Well, folks, let me tell you about my delightful dining experience at the Cheesecake Factory, and boy, was it something special. Walking in, the ambiance immediately felt like a warm hug from a long-lost friend, inviting and cozy. Now, the menu, crikey, it’s longer than a Sunday paper, but that’s part of the adventure!

But let’s get to the star of the evening - our waiter, Kris. This gal has got customer service skills sharper than a brand new pair of cleats. From the moment we sat down, Kris made us feel like we were the only table in the place. She navigated the labyrinth of options with the skill of a seasoned football manager, suggesting dishes with the same enthusiasm I’d expect from someone watching their favorite team score a winning goal.

And the cheesecake, well, it was the kind of dessert you write home to your mom about.

Kris was attentive, quick with a joke, and made sure our glasses were never empty. By the end of the meal, I was half expecting her to draw up a game plan for our next visit. So, if you’re at the Cheesecake Factory, make sure to ask for Chris. She’ll make your dining experience a goal worth celebrating. Thanks, Kris, you’re an absolute legend!

My daughter wanted to enjoy her 20th birthday at the Cheesecake Factory.
It started off rocky. We had a party of 7- in which we called a day ahead to make a reservation but there was some kind of mix up. Our hostess’ were snotty and rude and said they couldn’t accommodate that many. We said we would wait until a table left, we weren’t in a rush.
Someone else intervened and sat us which was super helpful.
Our server, Mikaela A., was INCREDIBLE. She was attentive, cheerful and helped with questions we had. It was a busy Friday night and she was on top of it!
The warm bread and butter- chefs kiss. A great start to our meal while we enjoyed our drinks.
The appetizers and drinks came quickly and were so delicious- the Georgia peach literally tastes like a peach ring candy and the Bloody Mary was perfection! The Brussel sprouts and stuffed mushrooms are a must!

Our main entree’s came out soon after we finished the appetizers. I had the Chicken Madeira, which was flavorful BUT it was not very hot- the chicken/mushrooms seemed to be warm at best but the mashed potatoes, no matter the temperature, were worth every bite. My son had the Korean fried chicken which was amazing- I kept stealing bites of his and he kept stealing my mashed potatoes.
Of course we were so full after our meal but we all had cheesecake (mostly to go) and my daughter even got a special Happy Birthday plate!

Ordered through delivery that was very disappointed on the end product which is not the driver's fault. Food was not as pretty as it was on pictures, very dry and hardly any gravy or substance

The food is sort of hit-or-miss with CF. I’ve had the chicken alfredo, the pizza, the fried cheese balls, the fish and chips, and the louisiana chicken pasta. The louisiana chicken and the fried cheese balls are the best, the pizza and free bread are good, and the fish and chips and chicken alfredo are bad. The chicken alfredo is the worst in my opinion, too cheesy but also bland with no seasoning whatsoever. The chips are good with some sauce, but the fish is the worst, just tastes bland with no seasoning or even salt. The tartar sauce was also meh. The cheesecakes are really good, and the non-cheesecake desserts are also great.

The atmosphere is amazing, though! The staff are always nice, the place is clean, and I like the way they handle wait times and such. Absolutely recommend, just be careful with the menu.

Our family has always had a great time dining here. Great food in the atmosphere is lovely. The Cheesecake is definitely worth the extra calories.

My first time visiting as I needed a cheesecake for the holidays. We sat in the bar as to not wait 20min for a table. Cheesecake is best ever and the food menu is HUGE!! Portions are big too and definitely shareable. All servers are happy, accommodating, and with it! I'll be back for sure!

The establishment raises concerns regarding its practices. I visited around 4 PM, day after Christmas for an early dinner when a woman entered with a cheesecake that had been improperly prepared for her Christmas. A tall female employee with dark hair questioned the returning customer. (I am unaware of the employee's title; however, her behavior was discourteous and lacking professionalism) Afterwards, the employee retrieved the cheesecake, found the reciept and issued a refund. My primary concern is the decision to take back the cheesecake; it is quite unappetizing. Is there an intention to resell it to other diners? This situation did not reflect well from a customer's viewpoint. I regret not capturing the incident on camera, although I am certain it is recorded on their CCTV. I also felt so bad for the customer- doesn't seem like they got dessert for Christmas. :/ Disappointing, repulsive, won't be returning to dine there.

Beautiful location.
Excellent and fast service.
The food was delicious. We ordered the filet mignon (petit and regular) and the chicken carbonara and they were cooked perfected and seasoned well!
