I ordered Italian Sausage & Fresh Mushroom Rigatoni ($23.95)for dinner few weeks ago. Not like the picture showed in their website, I have very few and tinny sausage only. My husband said his meal had very few chicken as well. It's the most stingy restaurant we have ever been to. The restaurant in Washington Square was way much better.

My daughter chose the Clackamas location for her sweet 16. It was our first time there. They won't take reservations for more than 6 so my husband showed up 2 hours ahead of time. We didn't get a table for our party of (13) for almost 2 hours. ( Yes it was a Friday) it took 20 minutes for a server to come by for drink orders. Another 25 min for our drinks to arrive. My daughter the birthday girl never got her drink until after the food arrived and we had to ask the waiter again for her beverage. I have many years of serving experience and a good friend of mine who is a kitchen chef sat next to me. We sat around 715. We had our drinks by 740 . Placed our order immediately as people were hungry and kids getting agetated. I literally timed things on my phone. Even as a server, I expect waits but this was ridiculous. I set the timer after we had our order taken . By 830 food started to arrive. We finished by 9:00. By 930 we were asking for our check, boxes, and dessert! Our female waitress was very sweet. Our male waiter ( 2 servers on our 13) came by 1 time to refill our water while waiting, asking how we were doing..hungry! I asked for a manager just to talk to her about my potatoes cold. Rest of the plate hot. I mainly didn't want to be charged for a drink that never came until we were eating and I pointed that out, the manager offered to take that drink off and a piece of cheesecake. That was fine with me. However she challenged me on how long it took for our food to come out. Due to the very long wait of the servers even getting to our table and how long it took for the drinks to even get to our table including the water, I decided to set a timer. It took 43 minutes for our food to arrive. The manager actually argued with me and told me that it only took 25 minutes. When the chef that I was sitting next to and the rest of the table including my time clock proved otherwise. Now it very well could have been that it took a while for the servers to put our order in . However by the time that the servers left taking our order it took over 43 minutes for our food to even start getting to the table. I don't appreciate being argued with or lied too about how long it took for our food to arrive after we placed our order. if I ever order from this restaurant again it will be via Door Dash.

Bad service food took to long the fries were on the kitchen for to long the food I got was dried and the food had hair in it overall the food and service was bad I don’t recommend.

Went here for my daughter’s birthday and was able to dine on the patio.It had been a few years, but now we want to go twice a month.The food is amazing (although high in calories if you’re counting calories). They hold nothing back and I’m considering taking our staff here for a private event.Very pleasant atmosphere with happy and enthusiastic staffers. You won’t be disappointed unless you go during busy hour and there’s a slight wait.
