My Chicken wrap and sweet potato fries were amazing! I go the mild sauce on my wrap and I believe that's what came with the fries to dip. I could eat that sauce on everything!!! I want to go back for just the sauce alone!! I wish I could buy it buy the bottle!!

I came during a busy time, so I waited about 30 minutes for my food. But let me tell you. Worth every second of waiting. IT WAS SO GOOD! I got the double yuca patty sandwich, and a side of the yuca fries. SO DELICIOUS. Excited to come back. Thank you!!

They have multiple locations and this one is their newest. Is as delicious as the other two locations. So flavorful and fresh! Make yourself a favor and order the chicharron sandwich!

My new favorite food truck. I haven’t had great Peruvian food since living near Longmont, CO… I didn’t realize how much I loved their flavors.

I got a yuca patty sandwich and it was delicious! I'm not sure what the sauce was but I wish I could order extra of it it was so good! My sandwich took a bit to make, but it was very busy and 100% worth the wait. The person at the counter was friendly and nice, I'll definitely be back ?

Ordered a single simple sandwich at a very non-busy time. It took 25 minutes to get that sandwich in part because the preparer was on his phone 3 different times while trying to prepare the sandwich. Do not go to this food cart if you want to eat with your family and friends.

This is a must try food cart! Everything is delicious and the guy working the cart is always super friendly! The pork wrap was so good and filling!

Food was great but when I ordered I noticed they double charged me. The man said that he thought I ordered 2. He told me he was going to refund me back for the extra meal he charged but never did.

Was good the first time, went back and they didn't include any tomatoes in the Loma Saltado sandwich and had very little meat compared to the first time. It's really a rice roll ordering from them and I probably won't be back. The pictures they post are very deceiving and you get about half the servings the pictures show and the sandwich was 80% bread when I ordered. Probably the most expensive bread roll i've ever purchased .

Food carts can't always evoke much in the way of ambiance since they are typically connected to the location's ambiance. This was my first time at Happy valley carts and my first time eating Peruvian food.Service was friendly. Menu was interesting to me, which is why I chose it out of all the carts there. Only unfortunate thing is that the plate looked too beige/brown- a little bit more garnish (more green perhaps), would have made it 'pop' more? Tasted good. Really enjoyed the plantains.
