The Black Garlic Tonkotsu is my ultimate favorite and comfort food.
I'm currently sick and getting the broth is a life saver. The broth has the perfect amount of oils to coat the sore throat when nothing else is working.
best ramen in Portland/Clackamas area. the broth is flavorful and the pork belly isn't a soggy gelatin mess like every other ramen spot. very friendly employees and great atmosphere.
Delicious food, great flavors, food comes up very quickly after ordering. A big serving! Could not finish it. 😁
