Lots of room and plenty of parking. Next to several other shops. Atmosphere is fine, nothing to wow you when walking thru the door. The single server girl was sweet, even with 6 customers in the restaurant had a hard time getting to you if you needed something.
Food is good, the pork slices unfortunately too fatty for my partner and myself and normally he’s ok with something a little fatty. The broth to the soups was great and I enjoyed my noodle dish. I would like to see more time cleaning up the fatty portions on the meat.

Ordered Black Garlic Tonkotsu.
Overall it was delicious, but I wish the Tonkotsu flavor had been stronger. The taste is a little bland, so it remains greasy. The chashu was soft and delicious.
There were table seats, but there were also chairs for children.

The black garlic chicken ramen is genuinely some of the best ramen I've ever had. Hands down.

The noodles are a bit salty, but overall it's acceptable since I'm in the United States, because it's hard to eat authentic Asian food.

The Black Garlic Tonkotsu is my ultimate favorite and comfort food. I'm currently sick and getting the broth is a life saver. The broth has the perfect amount of oils to coat the sore throat when nothing else is working.
I order here once in awhile and idk why because I continue to be disappointed in the lack of flavor besides salty. It’s okay and I always hope it’ll be better but tonight confirmed it for me. I got a miso ramen and it was mediocre but some of the items in it have a funky taste. My husband got a bento box which was also bland with soggy potstickers. It all just seemed unappealing and not hot. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but it felt like something I could easily buy at the store and throw together from the frozen section. Hopefully others have a better experience and maybe I just have a higher expectations but for almost $60 I expect better.
Great food and portions.

The $10 dollar Sapporo beer is 12 ounces. That's right, the non labeled menu description is ten dollars for a single beer. Not a 24 oz or 20 oz, but just 12 ounces. That is some cold blooded bait and switch tactics.

I ordered ramen to go and I was pleasantly surprised. They gave me all of the ingredients separate (but still cooked) so I could compile them when I got home. Great idea to ensure that it didn't get soggy while I brought it home. It was fairly expensive but still reminded me enough of ramen that I've had in Tokyo so it was worth it for me.
