The noodles were clumped together like they weren't stirred enough during cooking. It would have been better if they offered bok Choy and mushrooms in the ramen. The waiter served our food then asked us if we needed anything else and didn't even realize we didn't have eating utensils. He provided to go containers and forgot to give us lids. Food was overall decent but I would like to see more vegetarian options as well. The server needs more training. I would not go back.Vegetarian options: Only 1 dish on the whole menu is vegetarian

This place has very good ramen but... The only reason I won't give it more than 3 stars is because of the hours they hold. A restaurant taking an hour and half lunch break in the middle of the day is absurd in my opinion.

Spectacular little spot, my Ramen snob coworkers was impressed as was I. Clean, great food, friendly staff, what's not to like?Wheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair parking is a few shops north, where it isn't very busy. This keeps the parking pass pirates away so you will get a spot but have to wheel a ways (both van side and drivers side exits available!). The three of us chose a booth/table combo and it cleared my knees. I had no need for restroom facilities.

New ramen spot for me! Great service, very attentive and fast. Food was great for price and portions. Definitely satisfied. Broth had flavor, good amount of noodles. Gyoza is good but can be a little crispier. Will def be back again!

Man, I just can't get over how painfully bland this ramen was. The broth was like water, no flavor, I don't think it was even salted. The egg? It wasn't seasoned at all, just a plain soft boiled egg. The noodles were more akin to soba noodles than ramen noodles and that really put me off. Maybe others will enjoy that but personally I did not. The meat that came with it was good and I'll say that the takoyaki was very delicious but as for the ramen itself it was very very disappointing.

My boss bought lunch for the office. I've never had "real" Ramen (outside of the packaged processed stuff); so I was very much looking forward to trying it. The meal was not bad but it was not great. It didn't satisfy my specific tastes.Don't get me wrong, everyone in the office loves the food. Two of my coworkers eat there 2 to 3 times a week. It just didn't satisfy me.If you've never eaten "real" Ramen, I would HIGHLY recommend Umami Ramen. Everyone has their specific taste in food, you may love it.

Guys are making really good food! For 25$ i’ve got giant bowl of ramen and takoyaki balls which impressed me because it’s also big size for that amount of money. On top of it food was yummy and filling. Definitely will order again!
