I had ordered lunch today and received my order through UberEats, when I was eating my Furikake tofu roll, I came across multiple hairs. Really disappointed. This is my favorite place to grab a quick lunch... I'll need to really think about not considering Wasabi sushi pdx (Madison location) anymore 😑
Washabi sushi is one of a unique place to try donut and burger sushi. The staffs are pretty nice and friendly. Foods are absolutely delicious and tasty with nice presentations. I would love to come back and introduce my friends to visit this place.
Wasabi is SO SLOW. The courses take ~20/25 minutes to come out and they only allow one type of dish at a time. There’s a time limit on the menu as well, which I’m sure people reach because of how slow the team goes.
They gave us one napkin the entire time and only gave us water once in a 90 minute window.
The food was decent for the most part, however there’s much better sushi places in town for all you can eat.

Wasabi Sushi PDX (Happy Valley) offers a great variety of sushi options, including rolls, sushirritos, and more. Customers have enjoyed the spicy tuna roll, Las Vegas roll, and edamame, which all receive praise for their fresh and delicious flavors. The restaurant caters well to dietary restrictions, with gluten-free and dairy-free options available. Customers appreciate the quick service and convenient location, making Wasabi Sushi PDX a popular choice for a light and satisfying meal. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is consistently good. Fish is always fresh and served in bite-sized pieces with good flavors, especially the treasure island roll. Though the restaurant is generally praised, some customers mentioned that the wasabi and ginger in takeout containers are often placed in small blobs, which can be messy. Many prefer these condiments to be served separately in small containers for better quality and ease. Overall, it remains a favorite spot for quick, delicious sushi, with fast service and a welcoming atmosphere.
