Why is the regular burger now the same size as a biggie bag burger? I’ve gotten a meal multiple times and I get this tiny burger.

This particular Wendy’s was really, really great. The food was all hot and tasted fresh and delicious. And there’s really nothing that I could complain about! We went to the drive thru and our order was correct, including dipping sauce for the nuggets. They also put napkins in the bag too. I really appreciate that. You wouldn’t believe how many times I’ve been to a place & you go to the drive thru and they give you your food without ANY napkins! And I’m like oh that’s great we’re eating in the car with zero napkins, great🫤. So anyway, I was really happy when I saw they put napkins in the bag and the sauce! They really gave us a pleasant experience, I think I’m going to give them 5 stars ⭐️ because it was really that great 👍🏻 keep up the good work Clackamas Wendy’s!!!!
Parking: Plenty of parking, you’ll find a spot for sure.

Today, Sunday, November 24, 2024 approximately 4:30 PM went through the drive-through at this Wendy’s ordertakers name was Paris, She is the rudest person I have ever came across at this Wendy’s and I have been coming here for almost 8 years! She definitely needs an attitude check.

I come here often as I live nearby. Now I was just there a few minutes ago. I had told them it was gonna be a large order before I ordered. When I got my food there were missing items and when I told them they were missing they looked at me like I was lying smh. They then asked for the bag of food back. Once they realized their mistake they gave me my food but still forgot to give me the cheddar cheese I asked for on my burger after treating me like this. Not sure how I should feel. I don't lie or steal and didn't deserve this. I feel like you're employees should check the food bags before they hand them out the window, instead of treating people like they stole something as I used to manage a burger restaurant 4 years myself. That was unacceptable of them

idk how but they messed up baconator fries made them a chili cheese baconator fries it's kinda disgusting and it's unfortunately a big pain to get a refund in person due to it being outta the way

Parking: The staff is rude and my names was screamed 3 times even after I said I was coming to get my food. The bathroom was dirty. Homeless persons stuff all over the women’s bathroom.
Veterans day special, free food. Cool. Present retired DOD id card to drivethru cashier. Not accepted due to Department of Defense Military Identification Card with name/rank/RETIRED, not stating Veteran on it.
Used my oregon drivers license because it has the word on it, but left shaking my head.

I’ve always really liked Wendy’s. I came to this location as a kid. My mom said that she craved the Wendy’s ketchup when she was pregnant with me…
I’m usually always a chocolate frosty gal, but I tried the pineapple one and it was pretty good. A different texture for me seeming pretty good … I had the taco salad and it was so huge adding the chili to it and toppings were kind of difficult in the bowl, but who complains about more for their money …everything would’ve been great except for that the ketchup (in the restaurant pump kind) when was empty and the pump worked and the other one was full, but the pump didn’t work and I didn’t wanna mess with it myself and the young girl who was working, wasn’t able to help fix it and packets just aren’t the same

Terrible slow service at the drive thru. It took 20+ minutes to get my food from the time I placed the order and it was obvious they had made the food twenty minutes prior. Everything was cold except the melting Frosties. I recommend the DQ across the street...
Crabby patty was underwhelming and the pineapple frosty was waaaay too sweet. But the service was great. Its not the workers fault they dropped the ball on this. Hopefully spongebob keeps them in business. Gotta have my frosty n fries man!

So I ordered the SpongeBob Krabby. Patty and I got to say it just tastes like a burger sauce. Nothing wild at all.
Cheeseburger - temp 130°f which is still under the FDA code I also like my burgers super hot for quality..
Fries - temp 122°f season was lacking, once they heated them up in the air fryer they were pretty on me and I added seasoning..
Pineapple Under The Sea Frosty - It was a decent size and it would have been amazing if it was made properly. All the pineapple flavoring was at the bottom and the top was just a foamy soft top that you get like at Dutch, Bros. I'm assuming it was not made right. Based on the description of ya it was very watery texture.. but once I blended it up, it was super yummy
So my ratings are based on what I got before I had to fix things so I feel it's about 50% actions from me and them.., everything tastes good once I heated it up. I was disappointed with the whole Krabby Patty sauce -

My fiance really wanted that Krabby Patty meal and decided we'd go to Wendy's. Our frostys aren't even frozen. Just cold foam. And our soda was like they decided to mix sprite and coke, to make up for not having coke ready. The rest of the food was mediocre but not gross. It was mainly the drinks.
