Whiskey Barrel Lounge

We’ve been pretty frequent diners here and have never had a bad experience until tonight. I’m really hoping it was just an off night, but the customer service was extremely disappointing.

Normally, the food comes out quickly (in fact, we’ve even commented before on how fast and consistent everything is). We got our fries and drinks shortly after ordering, but then waited about 45 minutes before our server came back to ask if we were ready for the check… before we’d even received our meals.

About 15–20 minutes later, a table that was seated after us got their food, and we got ours right after. To top it off, we were charged for drink refills which I’m not sure is new or not. But for paying almost $100 for fries, steak pasta, and a salad that took over an hour to arrive, it just wasn’t the experience we’ve come to expect from this restaurant.

Hoping this was just an off night because we’ve really enjoyed dining here in the past.

We’ve given this restaurant a few chances, but the past few visits have really gone downhill. The food was just okay — nothing special, and definitely not worth the wait. Service was incredibly slow from start to finish; it took almost two hours total for drinks, food, and the check.

What really stood out this time was how rude our server was. We were polite and patient the entire time, I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years, I get it, some nights are hard, but her attitude caught us off guard. She would say multiple times “sorry I got caught up in the back” but she was on the floor almost the entire time going to other tables and ignoring ours. It also took forever just to get water refills or place our drink orders. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and not one we’ll be repeating anytime soon

they've definitely upped their game, food is much better than it has been in the past. Delicious cocktails

The experience was overall good, food was delicious however overpriced for the value. Would go again for their vast whiskey selection but not food.

Cocktails were great. Appetizers and entrees were meh. Desserts were a total miss. Service was fine.

The drinks were tasty and stunning to look at. The food was great, expect to pay for it though as it's a little pricey but worth it. The whiskey flights are a great way to find out what you enjoy. The service was super friendly and quick.

The food was good, especially the bacon wrapped dates. We both got the shrimp scampi, which was good, but had many very large pieces of raw garlic which I started to set aside toward the end of the meal. My cocktail, "Side piece" was really good.

We had a wonderful experience! Delicious food and drinks and the staff were amazing! We definitely plan on returning soon.

This place was so great! The cocktails were super delicious and the food was top tier. I was in a group in the cellar for a private event and I would recommend this place to everyone looking for a great time service.

Was absolutely delicious and had thy best service! My husband and I favorite place for date night ! Drinks were also so good !

The food was awful. The salmon was dry and overcooked. The chicken on the stroganoff was dry and tasted like it was days old. We tried this restaurant for the first time to celebrate our anniversary. When we walked in, the atmosphere was great. The service was also great, but the food was so bad it ruined the night. It was such a disappointment. If we go back, it will be just to have a cocktail at the bar.

Their whiskey collection is outstanding, and you can get boutique/rare pours at accessible prices. Excited to go back and try more new drinks. Cocktails and food were also excellent :)

I was able to get a last minute reservation for 9 people, drinks were amazing & priced wonderfully. We only got fries & mozzarella sticks both very greasy. Our waitress was nice & attentive.

Great place hidden downstairs. Low light intimate space. Great food and spirt selection. Only down side is it closes early last call was 9:30.
