My server was Jaiden and she was fun and made my first solo wine tasting experience so relaxed and fun! We typically have Brad and he is outstanding! Jaiden went above and beyond for my experience! Thank you to both Brad and Jaiden!

This was my first time wine tasting and I had an amazing first experience! Our server Jaiden was super helpful and knew exactly what I wanted. She definitely made the experience worth it!

There were 6 of us ladies had dinner outside sitting on Saturday 09/06 and we all got sick with uncook chicken piccatta and also we had to send back the salmon dish because it’s still raw and cold inside. The server Ezra was not attentive at all, no water refilled for whole night when we dined and we had to run inside to ask other servers to bring us water and never offered us dessert menu neither. We guessed he was having a bad night or just don’t want to be there.
One thing, we sent back 2 dishes but no manager to be found or reached us at the table.
We had better experience at Vancouver location but we live in Happy Valley and wanted to try this location but turned out a bad experience.

We visited Willamette Winery in Happy Valley last night it was great. Our prime rib was very good yummy strawberry salad and it was paired with a delightful Pambrun. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about wine, the service was great. I can’t wait to go back on a warm summer evening. The patio set up looks inviting. My only complaint was the lack of acoustics, please put some on the ceiling in black no one will notice but it helps with the noise, it got a bit loud. But for sure we will be back.

If I could give zero stars and invoice them for my time (and toilet paper), I would.
Experience #1: Went in for dinner with friends. Ambience? Nice. Vibe? Solid. I even joined their wine club — I was that into it.
Then I got home.

Let’s just say my night was less “notes of plum and oak” and more “panic and porcelain.” I spent more time in the bathroom than I did in the dining room. My stomach launched a full-scale protest, and unfortunately, it was the most efficient part of the whole experience.

Experience #2: Thought I'd give them another shot and ordered wine online. Huge mistake. Chatted with three different people. Called and talked to more. Weeks later — still no delivery.

If you're craving a bottle of “No Way” Rosé (because you’ll never get it), or maybe some “Empty Glass Cab” (because that’s all you'll receive), this is the place. Their only reliable offering? A dining experience paired with a cuisine of bubblegut and a side of leaky bottom.

Hard pass. Skip this place, save your digestive system, and shop somewhere that knows how to fulfill an order and a promise.

The space here is very luxurious and clean, I felt relaxed as soon as I entered, truly a high-class salon.

I have eaten there with my several times with my family and have always been very pleased with the whole experience up until my visit on 3/22/25 for lunch. The biggest issue was with the service as the restaurant was not overly busy. My daughter and I ordered the wine flight tasting and not once were we given any information about each of the wines were were tasting. When we asked for additional place setting for my son who was joining us it was never brought to our table. When he arrived he wanted sparking water (as he was an on call doctor that day and could not drink wine) and when our server finally came to the table he was offered a choice of pink, yellow or green water. Not even offered a flavor of any kind. Now mind you he still has not place settings and we have had to ask to several times to at least get him some silverware. We ordered dessert as we were there for a birthday and one dessert was unavailable so we chose another and it was not good so we did not eat it. She saw it sitting there uneaten and never asked if it was ok. We finally had to ask another server to please get our bill as we could never find our server throughout our whole lunch experience. I do enjoy Willamette and we are owner members and will go back for dinner.
