I've visited Dutch Bros in 5 states over the past 12 years and I've never had a negative experience...until visiting the Brookings Oregon location. 53 degrees on an over cast day, I ordered a large mocha and 2 kids hot chocolate, I place my drink in the cup holder and drive away. I take one sip and it's lukewarm, the most disappointing feeling when looking forward to that hot drink.
