I would give zero stars if I could. I’m not normally one to leave a bad review, but this place is just awful.
I’ve gotten food there twice now, and unsuccessfully attempted to get food once.
On my first visit, I went through the drive thru. There was one other car ahead of me at the window. I waited for 15 minutes at the order screen and wasn’t acknowledged once. I decided to give up and reverse out of the drive thru. A “we will be right with you” would have been nice.
On my second visit, I went inside so I could stretch my legs after driving for 4 hours… I headed for the restroom, and was very displeased to find absolutely no working soap dispensers in the bathroom, as well as no hand sanitizer.
On my third and final visit, today, I made a comment to my dad about how last time I went in, there was no soap so I’m concerned there might not be this time. As expected, there was no soap in the women’s restroom. This makes me extremely concerned for the safety of the food. Can we trust that employees are washing their hands behind the counter? I watched a manager go back behind the counter and resume work without washing his hands. Whether he was leaving the restroom or just coming onto shift, handwashing is always the first thing that should be done.
On both of my inside visits, the food took well over 10 minutes to be ready and the employees don’t like to acknowledge their customers.
As a former McDonalds manager myself, I am disturbed to see this stuff being allowed in restaurants. As a manager, you are required to take a 8 hour ServSafe course, you know better.
Do better McDonald’s
Edit: I forgot to mention that today’s visit resulted in me pulling a piece of plastic out of my mouth while eating my triple cheese. I really hope there wasn’t any other unseen pieces that I swallowed. We are already back on the road and it is too late to turn around and get something else.
Waited in drive through for 45 min
This location can get very busy on summer weekends. The crew often struggles to keep up. The lobby is too small for the volume of business. My simple order took 20 minutes.
It took about 20 minutes for us to get our food, and then there was a hair in my hamburger. It’s not like they were busy, they just didn’t care.
One of the good ones, with a nice play place.
Let's see how I would describe my experience at McDonald's. Well, it was a pleasant one. My order was taken , and money was exchanged hands, I got me milkshake, and I was on my way. Very friendly staff.

Manager is a chill ass fool made my day
The McDonald's in Harney County is definitely an icon in my opinion. The food is always fresh and satisfying, though the fries can be hit or miss at times—but let's be honest, that's a common thing at all McDonald's locations. Their McShakes are always delicious, and they never skimp on the ice cream for their cones. The staff is consistently friendly, and I've never had an issue with anyone there. They're always welcoming, talkative, and provide great service. Michael, who works there, is especially wonderful—he'd be a fantastic person to work with.
The large parking lot is another standout feature—there's always plenty of space, even when it's busy, and it makes coming here a breeze. It's also great to see the group of guys in the parking lot playing cornhole with their diesel trucks—it's always funny and adds a cool, laid-back vibe to the place.
As for the drive-thru, it's quick and efficient, even though sometimes you might have to pull around and wait for a few minutes. It's not a huge inconvenience, and the staff is always friendly and professional, making sure to get your order right and out to you in a timely manner.
Overall, the entire team seems to enjoy their jobs, and they consistently get things done in a clean, professional way. Highly recommend this McDonald's if you're in the area!

Bought 7th oct. Loving how often this happens here lately.
Ps: That's not an onion, that's whatever wrapping paper got left on one of the patties.

The employees at this McDonalds are always super friendly, no matter how busy they are. They also are very accommodating to my weird vegetarian orders. Most McDonalds I've been to have always messed up our orders in some way or another, but I haven't had any negative experiences with this one at all.
Parking: Restaurant is located in the same parking lot as a grocery outlet, and some other closed grocery store. Lots of parking everywhere, even for trucks and trailers.
Kid-friendliness: This restaurant has a Play Place that's in a separate room, attached to the main building. The restroom is also located in the Play Place room, which is convenient for parents and children.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessible parking out front, the building is on ground level, terrain is pretty flat all around so super easy to navigate.

Totally corporate McDonald's fault this location sucks. The employees are working their butts off but machines don't work and it takes forever to get orders
