What a pleasant surprise. We drive past this place on the way to bend often. We decided to stop of and try the food. It is simple bar food with a twist. It is fantastic! We sat outside by the river and enjoyed the hot fresh food. You must try this great place

Love this little place! I always drive past the location for work and decided to make the short drive from home to try it out. Pizza was excellent and the fried pickles were a hit too.
Kid-friendliness: My daughter loved having lunch with me out on the back deck next to the creek while being able to enjoy nature.

Delicious food! Wonderful atmosphere and great, friendly service from staff! Sat outside on the deck. The umbrellas were large enough to cover us completely while it rained. Had a beautiful view of the creek and watched the hummingbirds feed. Food was absolutely delicious! We can't wait to go back! Definitely a hidden gem 😀

Donatellos is one of the very few places to eat where we live. We get so excited when they open since it’s seasonal. The Burgers are amazing. Pizza fresh toppings and everything is in larger portions than you would get anywhere else. I know the staff drive a long way since the restaurant is basically in the middle of no where but no matter what they are always super friendly and you can tell they work really hard. If you’re thinking of stopping here do it! Support the local business and definitely sit out back, it’s beautiful and you will probably see a humming bird or two :)

We stopped here heading home from a camping trip in Central Oregon. It is a very nice place that isn't very busy. It was a very laid back place in a mountain setting, but nice and clean. It was good to stop before hitting the much busier area past Detroit Lake when you want a warm meal heading home. We sat outside by the river, it was a perfect place to sit and enjoy a meal. We had fried zucchini (I would have been satisfied at that, because it was so good) and a 12 inch pizza that was made just the way I like my pizza, thin crust, cheesy and perfect amount of toppings. This place is a gem! Looking forward to stopping again when I cross the mountains!

I’m so happy we had some time to make this stop. This will be a new stopping point in the future. Everyone was incredibly friendly. Food was hot and fresh and delicious. The large salad is big enough to feed an entire family! Happy we have some to take home! The chicken bacon ranch wrap is what I got and it’s now a new favorite! The cook was super friendly and took time to visit a minute and welcome us. We sat out on the patio and had such a beautiful and peaceful lunch!! Can’t wait to go back again!
