I had an amazing experience thanks to Caitlin and Tanner They were not only quick and efficient behind the bar but also super friendly and made everyone feel welcome. Their knowledge of cocktails is impressive—I tried a custom drink they recommended, and it was one of the best I've ever had. Even on a busy Wednesday night, they stayed calm, professional, and upbeat. If you're at Arena, definitely sit at the bar and ask for Caitlin and Tanner —you won't be disappointed. Thanks again for the great service!

Staff eating behind the counter while serving. Staff undecided about who will make a basic cocktail. Food was just average, and overpriced for the value.

1st time and the staff was great and attentive plus the food was good especially for a salad that was hand cut lettuce not just dumped out of a bag! Onions are in point and the burger was very flavorful. Did I mention the staff?? What a great little place!!

Staff was very nice. The food was horrid. This is the 2nd time I have eaten there and both times the food was terrible. The chicken wrap taste like fish. My husband had 2 bites and couldn't eat anymore. I ordered the sliders and they wereobercooked and the ketchup taste rancid. I let the staff know but they never offered to comp the meal. I paid for it plus tip but will never go back. The first time I ordered steak bites and they were so fatty I started dry heaving.

I was visiting from out-of-town on Friday (1/24)and went to Arena per a friend's recommendation. The burger was overcooked and dry. My friend mentioned that it wasn't the usual cook working. The bartender who had helped us was very nice and she made great drinks.

Food and drinks aside, we witnessed another patron doing a Nazi salute, which, of course, made us incredibly uncomfortable. We left the bar very upset.

This is a laid-back sports bar that doesn’t feel grimy, with plenty of screens as well as pool tables. I love their Greek salad, and the boss burger is unbelievable. The mozzarella sticks are an excellent choice to bring over to the Valkyrie Wine Tavern across the street, since they don’t have food. Excellent service!

Great food. They really should have a server on the floor. We went after concert in the park. You had to go to bar and get drinks and order food. Would be great to have had a server to avoid the mad house trying to get drinks and dinner.

Food is trash, service is awful, atmosphere is great if you like being berated by lotto players. Ownership is terrible as well. I'd rather drive to salem.
