I have had Figaro's Pizza several times now I have had pretty good experiences. Except for tonight. Our pizza was sloppy, and when I ordered it the girl was rude to me. He kept saying do you want anything else after everything I said. almost impatient like The pizza was hardly cut, the toppings were kind of sloppy. I ordered and paid for two extra ranch as well as a side order of artichoke, I didn't get those. I would like to continue, to be a customer. I'll give it one more try. And hope to have a better experience.

The staff is always so kind and patient. I know it is busy because it is Friday night at 6:30 and they still talk with me on the phone like they want to make sure my order is just right and not rushed. Feels so friendly and despite having some phone anxiety I never worry about calling in even when I have special requests. Thanks team! (Shout out to Ben who happened to be who answered the phone today)

The pizza is okay I have ordered a few times. But they mess up the order often. Makes it hard to keep ordering because we just don’t know if they will get it right.

Always love figaros but red sauce isnt great. Get light sauce on all pizzas 10/10 will change how you view figaros pizza

absolutely wonderful!!! the cheese bread is to DIE for and the personal pizza is a perfect serving and is so cute! the employees are so kind and willing to do anything! 10/10 would go again. hidden gem of independence :)

I just left Corvallis and called in an order for a mini pizza. The first person that answered just picked up the phone and then hung it up. When I got through the person that answered was confused as to what a to go order was. Seems pretty simple to me. I was told 20 min and it would be ready. Corvallis is over 20 min away. When I got there my pizza wasn't in the oven yet. So, when I mentioned that is why I called because I couldn't sit and wait I just got a blank stare. I probably won't be back at this location.
And, I'll probably get the same form letter response others get which does nothing other than Figaros attempting to look like they care...

I have been coming to this place since I started working in Monmouth in September of 2022 because I have one in my town so I was exited to see it here. So when I started going there I would get their lunch special that was a personal size pizza and a 20 oz drink for 7.99 . Which I thought was a good deal for a lunch special and I made sure to ask if there were time frame the lunch special was available for and I was told nope it's all day. I was surprised when I was told that so I said so I can come around 6pm and get that special if I wanted? And I was told yeap and I was like wow that's good to know. So I kept coming back for that reason so today after not being in for a while I was not happy with the service I got today. I came in around 3:35 pm and asked for the lunch special and was told 6.99 which I thought was odd but paid it and was told it would be ready in 10-15 min. So I left and came back and grabbed my pizza and my drink the guy who rang me up was like those aren't free you have to pay for them. Which I thought I did because of me asking for the special. Then he said the special doesn't go all day which how would I have known that but I was like since when which I did ask him that too . He couldn't give me an answer he said he has never done a lunch special past a pacific time . But I guess what bothered me the most was his demeanor he just kept looking at me like well I don't know what to tell you or I don't know what you're talking about when it's his company he works for and like I told him where would I get this from I didn't just you know pull it out of the air it's the information I was given and I asked if it has changed and he couldn't tell me yes or no but to me I felt like even when I said for the lunch special he should have said oh unfortunately we don't do the lunch special past this time or that doesn't we're not doing that special anymore something but not to say anything like I'm supposed to automatically know was just kind of disappointing to me so with that being said it was just the way he treated me through the store I wasn't happy and it kind of bothered me the rest of the night I'm not trying to be a negative Nancy but to me when someone asked for a Pacific answer so that way there's no confusion next time I feel like an answer should be given and to go from normally paying $7.99 for a combo that I've always paid for to go into pay almost $10 for a combo now which wasn't a combo it was $6.99 for a personal Pizza Plus I guess 2.59 for a drink I mean I really feel like I paid almost 9.00 for my meal I don't think I will go back.
