Go to Carl's Junior instead. I waited in the Drive-Thru for 30 minutes. After you go through the drive-thru and don't get your food, they will park you for another 15 minutes, so long that you have to go inside anyway to get your burnt food. For as much time as it takes for so-called fast food, you might as well go into a nice dine-in. instead.

This is probably one of the worst McDonald’s locations I’ve ever been to.
Almost every single time we’ve been there there’s always something. More often than not it’s messed up food. While i understand accidentally messing up an order by putting or not putting a sandwich or whatever in there’s no excuse for cold, stale, and old food. Brown lettuce that has definitely gone bad, stale buns that you can’t even bite through, and cold patties.
They also handle the food without gloves when putting it into the bags (health code violation). As someone who’s worked fast food I can’t even comprehend how badly this place is handled.
I don’t typically leave reviews but this is definitely warranted.

I was not happy with my service and the accuracy and time it took to get my food. The front of house guy was rude, Chase to other customers while I was waiting. I spent 30 minutes waiting for 3 meals. Once I received the food, they were missing my drink, two orders of fries and took 10 minutes to make it right. I'm just blown away with how poorly the staff is trained and the service is poor.! Not happy.

Very poor service today. Took so long to get my food. Messing up multiple peoples food before forgetting my kids entire meal. Honestly didn't seem like they had a system going it was scrambled.

Was here doing some grading and the guys in here were great. They refilled my drink without me asking. Very friendly and asked me what I was doing working so late and I let them know I am grading college final exams for summer term. I talked with three different guys and they were all very friendly and outgoing.

Stood at counter for 5 minutes finally walked away and ordered on the app, after 4 different employees 2 females and 2 males looked right at me never asoed if i needed anything. They have the main doors locked by 9pm multiple customers have walked away because they cant get in.. we managed to get in because i called and asked if they were open or not they told me yes and never fixed the issue of the doors being locked i uave picture proof of doors locked with time stamp as well
