We've been ordering from here for over five years. We've just come to expect the worst service, inedible or non-existent food, but they still seem to surprise us with their incompetence. I actually don't blame any of the employees. They can only all be consistently this terrible if the franchise owner is some kind of creature that needs to not be a franchise owner.

Waited 1:15 min for food two messed up orders barely slapped together burgers cold chicken nuggets no sauce that I paid for.they were short staffed and seen a manager clock off and add to the chaos by ordering food and not helping asked for no pickle extra onions got no pickles no onions and no condiment on it. Ver very disappointed ☹️

One of the worst fast food experiences. Food was cold and tasted like crap. Employees were lazy, slow and rude. Of course they messed up the order which seems to be standard at this McDonalds. Saw one employee throw my fries upside down in the bag. Would have asked for my money back but I didn't want some ghetto confrontation with my kids in the car.

When I go in the morning, the service is fast and what is expected. In the evenings things aren't always what is to be expected from a McDonalds. It's a little hit or miss.
Just went in and had to wait over 10 minutes at the counter. Then I asked if there's anyone to help the counter, an employee replied with we are trying to wrap up breakfast then we will be there. There was 3 people waiting. I'm sorry but customers should come first. If you don't have customers you don't have a business. Then after placing my order still had to wait another 15 minutes while watching drive thru and door dash being served. When I asked how much longer and asked for my money back that's when I got my food. Then I get a soda that's been on the shelf for who knows how long. The soda was flat. Poor customer service. I will not be returning and be passing the word don't come here. They will treat you poorly.

This place is 50/50 of the quality of food you’re going to get. This time my fries were half cooked and everything was ice cold. My driver had to wait 20+ minutes sitting in that drive through. No complimentary sauce when you order online so the sauce I paid for was not received either. This place is nothing special when they actually do stuff right and when they mess up, they do it to the max. No bacon, no sauce, patty that has been sitting forever, uncooked & unsalted fries? Question mark cause it fr takes 2 seconds to shake some salt but that’s too much apparently. During the day I will opt to go inside cause they weirdly care about the quality more at the counter. They will definitely act unprofessional in front of a full lobby and they will always have some kind of absurd wait for the food in general. My morning shi— takes more effort than they put in their entire shift. DO BETTER

Hey guys it’s sophia and Makayla and we’re here at this shitty McDonalds waiting for 2 dr peppers, the workers goof off in the back and we have waited over 30 minutes for 2 large Dr Peppers, get better employees, horrible service ??
One of the worst places I've been to they are slow i stood there waiting for 7minutes before anyone acknowledged me being there and when you say Xtra Xtra pickles that doesn't mean 2 pickles.
It's mcdonalds. Burgers have shrunk like everything else as prices go up

This Mickey-D's is smaller than most-- especially the dining area. Not well laid out. No door for the play area, so very noisy. Use the drive thru!

Why can I never get an un burnt bagel. I get yall may not like your job but dang can you make the food right. Hard as a hockey puck and burnt food messy. Get it together or you'll never get people on your side to raise the wages. Do your job properly if you wouldn't eat it don't serve it.
