I've never gone through this McDonald's without having it be like a high school inside and having absolutely nothing in the order come out correctly. The last time I was there a group of high school students came out swearing and cussing. They can't even get my coffee order right in the morning and I mean every single time.

I placed an online order that was, according to the app, supposed to be delivered to our car within a 2-5 minute window. The timeframe seemed ambitious, and I would have been completely fine with a longer estimate as it did appear to be a fairly busy time. I noticed that cars were moving fairly quickly through the drivethrough line, however. TWENTY minutes later, I sent my daughter in to check on the order status, and we were told that it was still being worked on. I went back inside 10 minutes later and asked for the money to be refunded. I was initially looked at like it was a strange request. No apology. The worker told me that the food was ready right now and asked if I still wanted a refund. I told them if it was ready right now that I would take the order and go. No apology. The order was hastily assembled, and I was handed my bag and two cups. No apology whatsoever was given for the long wait. I am not sure if this was a local issue or a corporate flaw, but if McDonalds wants to offer curbside pickup, it should be given the same priority as drive-through. To add insult to injury, the fries were put into the bag exactly upside down and had already cooled. I am not sure if it was purposeful, but it certainly was not courteous. This is a review for McDonalds....I know it is unlikely to ever be read, but I wanted to try in the hopes that things might change.

I have been visiting this McDonald's for many years now. Used to review it highly, but not anymore. Especially after the latest remodel, it seems that there is much lacking now in terms of service, cleanliness, etc. It feels when one walks in there now, one is a number and not a customer. There needs to be a focus, as well as training, in customer service as well as proficiency.Seating is terrible. Since the remodel, there are less tables in the dining room to sit at. Much of the seating is in the Playland area. However, one has to tolerate kids screaming in order to sit back there.It seems if you order inside either take-out or eat-in it takes much longer to get your food. For the past several visits at various times, I have had to wait 20+ minutes to get my order. It almost seems that it is faster to get an order through the drive through. Plus, even after I get my order, the person calls out the number then before I get to the counter to pickup, they have walked back to the kitchen. No thanks for the order or even confirming if I am the person that should be picking up the order.Most of the time the staff is back in the kitchen. They don't come out to the front that often. If they do, and if they are not serving customers at the counter, they stand there with the deer in the headlights look. They don't look at the customers directly, don't ask the customers standing around if they could assist them, etc. On today's visit, I was watching one of the managers come in. He didn't even look around. He was looking down at his phone while he walked in the kitchen.Cleanliness is not as good as it used to be either. I don't see any staff come out on a regular or frequent basis and sweep the floor and wipe the tables. This is one thing that when the staff are standing around at the counters that they could be doing. Additionally, when I do look in the kitchen, I just shudder. There is a lot of food on the floor as well as the counters.

This place is so slow it’s crazy. Can have 10 people in the back working, no one will say a word and it will take them 20 minutes to get a 20 piece and a cheeseburger.

The play place is great. The service was easily the worst I've ever had at a mcdonalds. We waited 20 minutes before asking if my order was coming. Everyone looked stoned and bored. Eventually, they said they were waiting on fries, which all know is nonsense. It finely came out, but this place was impressively bad

I'm not sure what crawled up the managers a*s but she was rude to the employees to the point of getting irritated by anything they asked, also got fed up with some kid, I'm assuming, to the point she sent him home. He then asks shouldn't he wait until someone came back from their break? She got more mad and just told him to go home, leaving some dude, alone, making majority of the orders.She needs to revise herself, especially being a manager

TERRIBLE! I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. I thought atleast the food would be fresh. NOPE. Food is cold, fries are almost inedible. I asked for sauce at the order board and at the pick up window. I asked "Jeff" if there was sauce in my bag before leaving the pick up window. He said "yeah". No sauce. How hard is it to put sauce in a bag?? 10/10 do not recommend this McDonalds.
