It's a weekly stop with someone I support. We enjoy the staff who know the persons likes and they are all in for the special requests. The food is great, starting to try new dishes. You can come in and enjoy your meal in a warm and inviting atmosphere. We look forward to Tuesday night.
Carnitas- perfect. Pollo asado- perfect. Fajitas amazing. Fresh chips and good salsa. Food and plates always hot. Fast and friendly service.
Edit: Lately the beef has been of a much lower quality than normal. The last three times I visited every bite of carne asada was gristly and unchewable. Everything else is still really good though.

This is our favorite place in Independence. The owner and staff are just great. The food is always good and they're so fast in getting it out to you. To us, this restaurant embodies what we love about this area and our house it's a part of our community.
