It's a subway, and I've worked in the fast food industry so I know how hard it is. If you order at non busy times you'll get a stellar experience. It's when it's busy, that's when it gets iffy. The workers there are awesome! All the ones I saw always had a smile even though there was a line out the door. Definitely better than the monmouth location :)
MOST IMPORTANT FACT: 1) IT'S A SUBWAY. This is NOT fine dining. If you have eaten at a Subay then you know what to expect. Overall they are ALL the same. The food and atmosphere are GENERIC. Where they can NOT and are NOT the same is in the employees. So a person could rate both food and atmosphere in MOST CASES the same. However NO TWO PEOPLE ARE THE SAME. My family and I drive from Monmouth to come to this Subway rather than the one in Monmouth because it is so much better. The quick pickup by ordering thorough the app is an awesome addition. When they had their Sunflower Bread, it wasn't an option on the app. in the notes section I requested it and they fulfilled my request. they have Swiss cheese, unlike other locations, as well as soup in the winter.
