Installing a mini-split or two would definitely help cool the place off during the summer. The restaurant side gets pretty darn warm in late afternoon and evening.

I remember this place in the 80's when it was called Paul's, and they had the best chili burger I ever had in my entire life; but now they have nothing like that on the menu sooooo my hunt for the second best chili burger in the world continues.

The wait times are RIDICULOUS! I was never told that the wait time for food was AN HOUR, the only reason I know is because I overheard one of the waitresses tell another customer. The food was hot and delicious and the staff are friendly, so it was a little worth it. I told one of the staff about not being told about the wait time and she did take care of it and offered a drink on the house. So the situation was handled well. But PLEASE tell your customers that the wait is long! 🙏
Not impressed with our first visit here. Had to wait half an hour to be served a menu. Then was walked past about a dozen times as others who came in after us were served first as we were over looked. Then had to wait a long time for our drinks to be refilled. Dislike that there's no hearty veggies served with the meals & the prices are highway robbery for the tiny sauce cups of food they serve you!!
Vegetarian options: The only veggies served are coleslaw, small dinner salad, a dallop of mashed potatoes without gravy & a tiny sauce sized cup of corn. Dislike that they don't have any squash, zucchini, green beans, peas, collard greens, garden salad (loaded with various veggies), etc.. Would love to have hearty veggies with our meals & for the steep prices, we'd prefer decent portions for hungry, hard-working adults with appetites!!

We usually have Michelle for our server but she was gone last week. Kelsie was her replacement and she went above and beyond! Checked back often and made sure everything was right and drinks were full!

We came in and did not expect to have one of the best meals we’ve ever had. One thing my husband cannot stand to have his food touching, and they served it on a tray that was divided for each serving.
