Terrible service. The people working this place let me wait 10 minutes in line just to tell me that they took too many orders, and it would be a long wait for churros. Seems like the professional thing to do was maybe let people know that they can't handle more than a line of 10-12 people BEFORE they come in and waste their time in line.
I was excited to try it, but I don't think I will be giving this place my business, and will advise against others going if they can't handle even slightly increased business.

I visited Churro rush today and was very impressed! The owner was sooo kind and accommodating, and my grilled cheese sandwich was delicious! A great place for families with young kids. Definitely worth stopping by if you are visiting Jacksonville!

On our latest visit to Jacksonville, we stepped into Churro Rush and were greeted by friendly employees and a delightful atmosphere. There were board games at the tables for family interaction. Loved the child's play area as well. Service was lightning fast and the prices were more than reasonable. Our food was good, and we didn't have to wait long for it. We have nothing but high praise for Churro Rush, and promise to visit it again next time we are in Jacksonville for a concert!
