We go here on Mondays and it's always a treat to chat with Michael and learn something new about wines. Gorgeous ambience, lovely wines and very reasonable prices.

So grateful for this local gem. We had a large group, and they were short staffed, only one woman there to handle everything and she did it perfectly. took great care of us and we had a wonderful time. It's a beautiful place and I love that they often have live music, which is so fun. Got a love South Stage!

Had high hopes since it is centrally located in Jacksonville, surprised at the service (in a poor way). When we walked in we felt like we were intruding, weak greeting, awkward silence, even was asked, “Are you from here?” In an off putting tone. Actually being a group of locals and being greeted this way made me really think how off putting it would be for visitors or even tourists. Did not seem welcoming. Our group ordered three glasses of the same wine, which was poured into glasses, which were then poured BACK into the “house bottle”, after distinguishing buying a bottle would be cheaper. Odd because I have never seen anyone pour wine to serve, then pour it back into a “house bottle”. Inside the venue was a cramped small space, so we went to the patio, hoping it was better. It wasn’t much, mostly pea gravel dumped in an alley way between buildings (not for anyone looking for views) , some string lights, shade from trees, and lots of road noise.Wine was forgettable, didn’t tickle my fancy. Most unique part of experience was the cat that seemed to be residing there, not planning on returning, think they could improve guest service.Parking: Had to park a block away and walk to venue.Wheelchair accessibility: Multiple steps in and out of venue, gravel, narrow doorways. Wouldn’t recommend for wheelchair users.

I walked in as a single person and a very aggressive lady met me at the front asking what I needed. I replied that I would like a glass of wine and to watch the music and she claimed I could only sit inside so I left. As I left and walked away, I noticed that there were two tables outside, one with four chairs, and one with only one chair so I went back inside and told her this where she told me that I could sit outside but that I’d have to pay a cover for the band. I said I would love to pay. She then abruptly left as of angry and then I waited at the bar for a glass before proceeding to my seat which never happened because I got ignored. I finally just left. I have been a resident since 1984 and this was a pretentious and disappointing event. Bummer since my long time friends are in the band that is playing.

Came in the evening for a bottle of wine in their stunning courtyard. They had live music on Wednesday’s, there was a small cover charge but it was full at the time of our visit with lots of local regulars. They were kind enough for us to taste the wine we purchased a bottle of. We also shared a hummus plate which was delicious and generous with the side biscuits. A lovely way to spend an august night!

This wine tasting room is one of the reasons I chose to move to Jacksonville, OR.The staff are what makes every visit a great experience. The wine is very good and the staff will help you find your perfect match, my fav at the moment is the 2014 Cab Franc. My wife likes the 2019 Albariño.They have excellent live music 3 nights a week and on Wed nights you can reserve dinner to enjoy with the music. The inside is warm & cozy and the spacious shaded outdoor area is a great space to enjoy wine & music. There’s room for dancing too.????

Excellent wide variety of high quality wines and an affordable price. Fun events and great local entertainment. They have wines available that are well aged (some 10-12 years). Festive tasting room with outdoor seating. Try the carmenere, Albariño, and unique blends. Great case sales!Always worth a visit
