Carefully crafted low production wines of high quality that are served in a gorgeous countryside location. Friendly, approachable, & knowledgeable hosts. La Chouette is a throwback to what the best Oregon wineries used to be 20 years ago before corporate influence. Quality and pricing are top notch. The white wines are delicious but the Pinot Noirs are what steal the show. A special winery. Highly recommended.

La Chouette was a delightful experience! Every wine included in the tasting was delicious, but the Pinot Noir (2019) was amazing. In addition, the setting made one feel like they had been transported to a French Countryside. In the evening we could hear the barn owls, 'hoo-hoo-hoooo.'.
