Good food. Good service. Prefer a different kind of playlist or else would give a higher rating. The music genre of alternative rock doesn’t really fit the atmosphere in my opinion.
What a wonderful place! John Day Oregon was a hidden treasure; we were here for helicopter wildfire support and it amazes me how going somewhere new (to me) can turn into a place that causes the heart & soul to yearn to visit again. We had the pleasure of getting based in John Day twice this summer, thankfully. On our first day we went to 1188 Brewing. We ate here because of good reviews on our way through town to a camping trip and it was so good we made sure to eat here on our way back through as well! Great food and service! I wish we had this little gem in our hometown!
