toni was very nice i got my food very fast!
I waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes for a couple chicken strip baskets. When I went inside to see why, after 5 minutes of watching them struggle to serve 6 people and the drive thru, they had finally brought them out. The chicken wasn't in its box, just kind of tossed into a bag with the fries. Very let down, usually they're a little slow, but someone really dropped the ball in the kitchen today
I really enjoyed the blizzard from the DQ in John Day!
We have tried a number of times over the past few years to eat here on our way home and the service is painfully slow. (We've been waiting 35 minutes so far, and still no food). Not sure why it takes so long, and the drive through seems to go so much faster. I think we might finally give up and find a different place to eat...
Update: after 45 minutes I went and asked. Order still not completed. Asked if I could have what was done so that it wasn't completely nasty when we got it. They did at least let us have what was done. (Keep in mind, family of 4, not some huge group)
The older lady there I’m pretty sure she’s the manager not quite sure, but she is extremely rude to the customers and staff. The way she was treating the staff is Shocking and Disrespectful. We felt bad for the kid that was runing the window and told him he was doing a Good Job because of how she was treating him. I have never seen such Disrespect. I strongly suggest this woman should be Fired. I don’t care if you’re having a bad day you don’t treat people like that. That’s EXTREMELY unnecessary.
Have tried several times over the last couple of months to go for food and icecream for my kids. After 14 visits every single time they have messed up the order in one way or another. This includes serving meals with missing items because they just don’t have it and give no forewarning when the order is placed that they are out of something. Entirely incorrect items such as wording a crispy chicken salad and receiving a burger. Ordering bbq chicken strips and receiving a half order of regular. Then to go in and find out that their excuse every single time is “sorry we are training new employees” while I can understand that. If you’re training you should be double/triple checking every single order. Wait times are horrendously long, might as well go order from a sit down restaurant. Won’t be returning as every single time we go it ends up being a waste of money with nothing but excuses from the management(if you can call them that).
I just took 1 hour to get ice cream and cheese curds. It was painful
Stopped at the Baker City DQ for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. This little DQ provided us one of the best meals we have had at a DQ. It was nice not to get a piece of lettuce on my burger which was not the hard white bitter leaf base, thank you. Only three people working but quick enough for us, pleasant, friendly, and clean for an old building. We will return, stop by and see if you agree.

I was the only one in the drive threw and I ordered a number 7 combo meal and a medium blizzard it took them almost 20 minutes to get my food out to me and my fries were old and cold and the burger looked like a 3 year old made it . Now let me say there wasn't anyone inside ordering food either it was just myself in the drive threw .

We came in for lunch and ordered 3 of the meal deals. My sisters burger was burnt (bun and meat) and they refused to replace it claiming “it’s actually not burnt, they’re just all cooked that way” but mine was perfectly fine. They should have replaced the burger for my little sister.

Just another establishment that doesn’t like brown people. Food was hot and good but homie with the red hair didn’t say one thing to me after I kept saying thank you. Just slammed the door shut and walked away.
