Anyone else like paying for 1/4 filled ranch containers? I know I sure don’t. Or asking for a new one and getting handed the same one? Lately food quality is declining customer service is nowhere to be found. Uniform?? Nope just grimy hoodies. I didn’t appreciate “crystal” being disrespectful with a bad attitude. I waited very patiently for 35 minutes in the drive through to be treated with disrespect when it was not busy.

Charged a dollar for lettuce. Meat was half frozen. Fries smelled rancid, old oil.

Three times in a row. My order was bad. I wasn't able to go back around. There was too many people in line again and I could not go in. The fish sandwich was absolutely hideous and the chicken strips were cold and tasted freezer burnt. The day before that they didn't even get the onion rings into the order. It took 20 minutes to get an order out. I've spent about $100 on the most worthless garbage and the just absolutely the worst.
I ordered the banana split and they put it in a blizzard cup.... I've never even heard of such mess 🤮

My wife and I enjoyed a delicious caramel milkshake. Service was friendly. The atmosphere is basic, but they desserts are very good.

I don't usually gove one star reviews. But 25 min to get chicken strips when they aren't busy. No explanation. Then the chicken strips were a little cold. How?

Well, good afternoon guys that really kind of sad that it there’s so much negative comments about our DQ. We are working on changing so people will come in more. We just been short staffed. We like to hear feedback positive or negative or just stop on by and pick up your blizzard make sure you check out her mobile app it’s got $.85 lizards on it. This month‘s and if you’d like to join our team and you are a team player stop on by and get an application, we are more than willing to have you join our team, so give snow shot and come on down yourself a burger

I walked in and was ignored. Then watched as others order was taken. Won't ever go again!

I ordered a fish sandwich, was raw, cheese curds, burnt and cold. took 26 minutes to get my meal, then on top of it all the manager is rude, and very disrespectful.

Server was rude, asked to speak with the manager, she said she was the manager and slammed the window in our face.

The blizzards taste like pinesol, a former employee has even told me they clean with pinesol. Which as far as I’m aware you’re NOT supposed to use pinesol around or on food contact surfaces. My throat burns after consuming a single bite of the pinesol blizzard, I can’t imagine if a child were to consume it. Employees also ignore you.

Went there today gravy was literal gravy water my fries were cold and the young lady working today was just rude while taking our order makes me not want to go there and I live in this town kinda tragic I don’t know if this helps but the young lady had a little patch of pink hair on the back of her head and was very very rude and I forgot that I ordered pretzel sticks and there was no queso in the bag

McKenna was absolutely rude. Has an attitude when asked a simple question. Ended up walking out because if she shows little to no care about customer service how is she and the other employees handling the food? Management needs to step up and hold training on customer service.
