The crew/workers here are terrible! I have picked up sandwiches from online orders, who are totally mixed up all together. I've never said anything till now. Also they don't wipe out their microwave under the sandwich counter it seems. Why is it so close to the floor that it's gross.The only nice appreciated employee is a nice older woman.Subway has discontinued honey oat bread which Is sad.I usually buy a out four subs a week buy please train employees better.On the cold cut combo they mess it up a lot.Vegetarian options: Veggie sub solc here even avocadoDietary restrictions: Salad here instead of carbs

I picked up an online order last night. My order was ready when I got there. Jessica was the only employee there. I asked her if Ranch was put on the wrap that I ordered. She said no and happily offered to add it. (I asked for Ranch in the comments section since there isn't any place else to add it and the comments hardly ever get seen). Jessica was very nice, smiling and happy to fix the mistake. She is the nicest employee that I have seen in this Subway in a very long time. I hope she sticks around! Thank you, Jessica! You are awesome!

Like the old Burger King ads said, "have it your way." If the ingredients are fresh, they were, and the sandwich is a mess, it's your fault! Mine was good. The kids behind the counter were good "Artists." So, good eats and a fresh hot cup of coffee. So, here's another happy camper.Vegetarian options: Veggies were fresh, crisp and moist. No complaints.

I work at the subway in baker city so I could spot all the mistakes. Ordered the sub club. Lady on meats skipped putting on the right amount of meat and skipped the double cheese. It doesn't take any time to add the correct amount of meat and cheese, your just taking away from whats paid for. Then the boy on veggies grabbed a very dirty knife, barely wiped it on the side so it was still very dirty and closed my sandwich. I only order lettuce on it and it was a six inch so he didn't even need the knife. Just made my sandwich more dirty. It takes barely any effort to do these things correctly yet people skip them just to try to make things go faster. You've probably ruined people's sandwiches just to get through them a second quicker

John Day subway has gone downhill the past couple of weeks. Lots of new people. We were told today that we can not get chopped salads anymore. So your salad has big hunks of tomatoes and cucumbers. Big pieces of spinach. Bathrooms have been closed for two weeks.

I LOVE subway, craved it all throughout my last pregnancy, but they've been messing up a lot lately and it's starting to make me not want to spend my money there anymore. Normally it wouldn't be such a big deal because I would just go in to order and sometimes sit to eat, but lately my kids have been sick so I've been using curbside. I double check and triple check before I place my order, and when I get home and get the kids and sandwiches in the house, the food I recieve doesn't completely match up with what I ordered. It's disappointing.
