I’m not going to lie. I was on my way to Moscow and I ended up taking a wrong turn through Wallowa-Whitman. It was dark by this time, so I stopped at Slack (a dining spot nearby) and the waitress told me about this great bar nearby. I was skeptical because the hours only showed until “11:11 PM” which I can now see is a possible way to keep it secret from tourists.
