On vacation with my wife in Joseph and decided to try it out and we loved it! Our server, Maci, was amazing! We got seated at a pretty busy time, but she did a great job of balancing us out. She was busy all night but managed to make time for all her tables, and always had a smile on her face. She recommended the hanging tenderloin steak to my wife and I, and we both loved it! Ordered food to go on a Friday early afternoon, the wait for two Burgers and fries was over an hour wait, fortunately the quality of the food did make up for the wait. Stopped by the second day late afternoon, the wait from ordering to receiving our food was another hour wait. The food once again did make up for the time. Would recommend to anyone who wants a quality fresh meal. Satisfied with our visit.
I have had a wonderful time at Slack. The team is wonderful. Shout out to Macy and Bentley, who were friendly, attentive, and very good at their jobs. I highly recommend anyone stopping in Joseph to try this restaurant out. Try the steak! Best steak in Eastern Oregon.
