We’ve been coming to Joseph, OR for the last 8 or so years. It’s a beautiful place that continues to attract us. Over recent years, a few food places have sadly closed. Fortunately, The Blythe Cricket is still pleasing customers. Today, I had The Basic breakfast sandwich with bacon. Fantastic! Easily in the Top 5 breakfast sandwiches of all time for me. That’s 64 years. The atmosphere is worth noting. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there and enjoying food and coffee....
This is a favorite stop for me on my annual trip to the area to hike. I’ve had both breakfast and lunch there multiple times, and everything is fantastic. I’m partial to the gyro (pictured) and the breakfast sandwich on house made English muffin.
Loved this little breakfast/lunch spot! We were so happy to find GF donuts, GF protein muffins, and Poppi sodas. The frittata and breakfast burritos were excellent, as were the matcha and lattes. We'll definitely be back next time we're in town!
