very polite staff, very fast service. Fries are always cols and stale, rest of food is ok. unfortunately they always mess our order Tried this located again and they served us raw food and messed up the order again.

Put in an online order before leaving home. The app said the food would be ready in 6 minutes. We showed up in 8 and watched a huge family walk in as we were pulling up. When we went in, the family was still ordering past the time we were supposed to get out food. Somehow their entire order was prepped and served to them before ours was even made. A total of 20 minutes after ordering, 14 after the ‘ready’ time, our food came out. I’m not sure the team here understands how the app and ready time is supposed to work. No one came out to proactively apologize or do anything about the service. Not impressed.
Went through the drive thru and ordered for 7 people. Amazed everything was there and it was all hot and tasty! Only drawback was no outside trash receptacle. We asked for extra sauce and got it, also had napkins in our bag. Great job Arby's!
Food was medicore tasted like cheap lunch meat, fries were cold, all sauces were empty in the dispenser, girl behind the counter acted as if she didn't want to be there and couldn't hardly hear her

I purchased two of their crispy fish sandwiches, true they are big, if that's the only thing. The only taste that the sandwich add was from the lettuce and the sauce. The fish patties or filets had no flavor at all no salt no pepper nothing. Give me a little bit of flavor at
