Azul food truck is fantastic. My family is absolutely crazy about it. My wife is vegetarian and loves the street tacos with sweet potato. I love getting their burrito with carnitas. The carnitas are delicious. We have never had a bad experience going here, and they are always so friendly. We are always looking forward to any time we can go have their delicious food.
Vegetarian options: They have a couple of menu items that are vegetarian, such as tofu and sweet potato. Most of the menu items can be made vegetarian, and the tofu and sweet potato can be substituted on any dish.

I have tried many breakfast burritos in my life and this one is by far the best I've ever had. There's some sort of sauce in it that really does wonders on my taste buds. Highly recommend you try this place, you won't regret it!
