We met Maria on a fishing trip. When she told us about Azul we decided to head that way on our way home. Her truck is amazing to look at and the food was outstanding! We highly recommend Azul!

Stopped by for lunch on the way back to Corvallis from the airport. I got two tacos pollo and hubby got the fish taco plate. Fantastic. Soft, warn blue corn tortillas, NOT dry but juicy chicken, salsa and cojito cheese. Hot, crispy, tender fish with cojito and cabbage and corn/tomato relish. So jealous; Junction CIty. NOTHING like this close to home for us. Will now be making up excuses to come to JC. Muy, muy delicioso.!!!!

Fresh colorful flavors from a beautiful Azul truck! The variety of proteins was amazing with options such as sweet potatoes and tofu! The freshness of the salsas paired so beautifully with the flavors of the beans! Definitely making it a regular stop when going to the airport for us!

Being from Cali it’s hard to find good Mexican food to compare. Hands down, best Carne Asada Burrito I’ve had in Oregon. One of the best burritos I’ve had period. I was able to park my truck and container chassis in the lot right across the street too!

Azul food truck is fantastic. My family is absolutely crazy about it. My wife is vegetarian and loves the street tacos with sweet potato. I love getting their burrito with carnitas. The carnitas are delicious. We have never had a bad experience going here, and they are always so friendly. We are always looking forward to any time we can go have their delicious food.
Vegetarian options: They have a couple of menu items that are vegetarian, such as tofu and sweet potato. Most of the menu items can be made vegetarian, and the tofu and sweet potato can be substituted on any dish.
