Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Triple was worth the money.

This Dairy Queen is my favorite one to visit in the valley. Just a chill vibe and old school layout, and service is always fast and friendly.

They wouldn’t remake my mint shake and gave my mint on side. What a joke

There's a big push for tipping, including on the credit card reader. This is the only major fast food restaurant that does this, not ok! It makes me feel guilty when I don't tip, and I shouldn't have to for fast food. I don't get table service at this restaurant

Always get hot fresh delicious food quick and easy

Bad ice cream. It's always runny. Very runny.

It’s a good place for treats and if you like the food but I’ll stick to dessert.

They completely screwed up our order. They got 2 out of 7 burger orders made correctly. We ordered 4 large fries and got 1. Management seriously needs to pay attention to what is going on in the kitchen.

Fries old, chicken strips half warm. Blizzards like soup and magically fudge or chocolate always looks like vanilla at this DQ. Only thing on point consistently is the Diet Pepsi!!!

Love Dairy Queen BESIDES the fact that they somehow always get my order wrong and something is ALWAYS missing.

It's especially a problem at this location, and doubly so if you are going through the drive thru.

Order a combo meal? Wrong! You're just getting the sandwich. What about if they ask about that drink? Nope! But you will be charged anyway! :)

Great the 1 out of 7 times they get it right.

What's not to love about Dairy Queen? I think their burgers are the best. Taste like a burger should. And great onion rings!

The service was quick but so quick that are order was made incomplete.
Once we got our food, we were missing a meal. When it was explained We were put off like it didn't matter. No comp no apologies.
Just a cold shoulder and an additional $12 dinner items that we waited for while 3 of 4 of our food and ice cream sat.

For years, overall, the Junction City drive thru has been relatively prompt….if there was a line of cars, they moved along in reasonable time.
The last two visits this month (October 2024) the drive thru has moved ridiculously slow. I mean EXTREMELY SLOW. Something has gone awry in management. I’m wondering if the owners realize this. It can take 1/2 hour to have 6 vehicles move through. I experienced it. The last time I pulled out of the line, went inside, ordered and still had abnormal waiting. I noticed hot food ready but not taken by the up front workers. There were plenty employees mulling back and forth.

Parking: Issue was not parking..it was cars lined up so badly, you could not enter a parking spot.
