I went through for lunch. Food was cold. Got the two for 6. Chicken strips with gravy and fries. The strips were warm. But cold fries and cold gravy. The Latino girl at the window was not friendly at all. Shut the window before I could ask for some salt and pepper. Due to me using Apple Pay she rolled her eyes at me. I’m sorry.

Good food, fast service. The app accidentally made an in store pickup order once and they let me pick up through drivethrough still. Only complaint is the drive through ends right at the intersection and turning left onto the road is near impossible most times of day, so you gotta turn right and loop the block. But worth it for good cheap food.

Fix your dang ice cream machine. If I wanted a liquid ice cream experience I would have ordered a shake.
Also I have never been here without them messing up the order somehow.

Came through drive thru today. I was taken off guard and very uncomfortable when I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip. No and double no. There was a tip jar sitting out. If I wanted to leave a tip I would have put it in there. My first thought after saying no was , oh my gosh are they going to spit in my food now?
I immediately called when I got home to verify with manager on duty that this was a new policy that was being implemented. Your shift manager told me yes they are prompted to ask.
Then I called Santa Clara DQ where shift manager assured me they don’t put their customers in an awkward position.
I won’t be back to your location, as long as you are enforcing this prompt. :(

They don’t have chocolate ice cream!! How can you be an ice cream establishment and ONLY carry vanilla!?!? It should be a crime!!

If I could give it ZERO STARS, I would because they LIED TO ME. Saturday 6/7/25 9pm. Went for a cookie dough blizzard, and they gave me milk with cookie chunks. They didn't turn it upside down, and we know why.... went in, and then they said they don't flip them over anymore...
LIED right to our face because Dairy Queen everywhere else does. They then said they could put it in the freezer or something, but nothing was staying frozen.. the blizzard machine wasn't working... soooo my question is.. why are you still selling them. Ridiculous service, and I don't appreciate being lied to. Have some integrity, or is integrity the only thing illegal in Oregon. Smh

This Dairy Queen is my favorite one to visit in the valley. Just a chill vibe and old school layout, and service is always fast and friendly.

They wouldn’t remake my mint shake and gave my mint on side. What a joke

There's a big push for tipping, including on the credit card reader. This is the only major fast food restaurant that does this, not ok! It makes me feel guilty when I don't tip, and I shouldn't have to for fast food. I don't get table service at this restaurant
