The service was quick but so quick that are order was made incomplete. Once we got our food, we were missing a meal. When it was explained We were put off like it didn't matter. No comp no apologies. Just a cold shoulder and an additional $12 dinner items that we waited for while 3 of 4 of our food and ice cream sat.

For years, overall, the Junction City drive thru has been relatively prompt….if there was a line of cars, they moved along in reasonable time. The last two visits this month (October 2024) the drive thru has moved ridiculously slow. I mean EXTREMELY SLOW. Something has gone awry in management. I’m wondering if the owners realize this. It can take 1/2 hour to have 6 vehicles move through. I experienced it. The last time I pulled out of the line, went inside, ordered and still had abnormal waiting. I noticed hot food ready but not taken by the up front workers. There were plenty employees mulling back and forth.
Parking: Issue was not parking..it was cars lined up so badly, you could not enter a parking spot.

Always enjoyed the consistency and price stopping in any time I was in junction city . A few months back I went to stop in and during business hours . some patrons and employees? had thought it to be funny to have doors locked and not allow a paying customer entry . There were 20 or so collage age people occupying the establishment. And just laughed at the person attempting to enter and order food . Disgusting behavior on part of staff for allowing such a prank . Will never eat there again . The ignorance it must take to lose a sale for a.prank is beyond me . A.intellangent person or persons would prank and still make a sell .

Okay so I've been running around since 5:00 in the morning for work haven't had any chance to eat my mother was in the hospital so I had to swing by and visit her so on my way home knowing that I have little quick prep food I decided to stop off here because I was super hungry I only had a $50 bill And being the day before payday. I did not have money on my card.. hey tell me they cannot make change for 50 even though my bill came out to $11 and change... So I left and went to the bank next door got my bill changed came back in order inside the lobby... After I ordered another lady came in and ordered something in the gal behind the counter mumbled something and the lady said what the guy behind the counter said we will bring it out when it's done in a snotty voice... I commented to the lady I thought that was rude and she thought so too... 10 minutes later when I finally get my meal... I asked if there was ranch in there and she replies you didn't ask for it and turned around and walked away... Yeah I know since covid it's all about the drive-thru lately but us inside customers should still be valued... Snotty to two customers in less than 10 minutes... I do not find that acceptable and I probably will not be going to that dairy Queen even though it's right near my house
Kids operate this place and don't care if your food is cold. I've had to return food and ask for it to be at least warm, the kids roll their eyes and microwave my burger. It's disgraceful service and they just don't care.

The chicken strips were decent, but always the fries and toast so stale. every time has been extremely stale and today it was really bad so I won’t be doing business with them again.
