The Junction City DQ seems different than the others I've been to. The fries are crisp and the lettuce and tomatoes on the burgers are fresh and firm not limp and flavorless. The staff is also super nice.

Absolute garbage. I ordered a blizzard and what I received was a cup of ice cream with some cookie dust sprinkled in it. And the absolute trash response I received when I requested it to be replaced with a blizzard containing enough Oreo to justify nearly $6 was absolutely pathetic. This place is a trash pile now. Go anywhere

This DQ NEVER gets it right! ?I ordered a #9 combo w/o onions, a 6pc strip basket w/extra gravy & BBQ sauce & ketchup, 2 reg cheeseburgers & 2 reg fries, 2 sm shakes & 2 lg shakes, and a lg onion ring.I didn't receive the burger or fries for the #9, but I DID get the lg jamocha shake for a $3 upcharge!The basket had NO gravy, NO ketchup, 1 BBQ sauce, and the lg strawberry shake for a $2.50 upcharge.I got both reg cheeseburgers plus a 3rd one I didn't order, but only 1 regular fry.I got a triple spicy some kind of burger that 1 tiny bite (I didn'tknow it was spicy, yet!) about melted my face off!!I handed my card to the gal, who just sat it down on the register and walked away. This was after I sat there, at the window, for approximately 2.5-3 mins before anyone came to the window for the 1st time. She was less than pleasant!I did not check my order when I got it because I had 4 vehicles in line behind me, and I didn't want to hold them up anymore. I should've checked my order!!I had to ask for my card back, was asked if I'd like to leave a tip (that's a WHOLE topic unto itself), and asked if I would like a drink carrier!!!? There were 4 shakes & I was the only one in the car! Why wouldn't I want one?How many people say, "Ahhhh, nope, I can hold them all while I drive! But thanks for offering"? Seriously now!To top the carrier question, she proceeded to put both lg shakes on one side and both smalls on the other side, and not even 1 of them was actually secured all the way into its spot!I called the restaurant to make a complaint and I was helped by an extremely wonderful gal whose name is Amy! She was amazing! She listened intently, made certain she had all of the details correct, and we now have a voucher for a free 6 PC basket (w/gravy & extra gravy), and everything else that was missing or not right. THAT gal knows how to deliver customer service!I believe that the super spicy, melt your face off burger, and the 3rd reg cheeseburger were meant for the truck behind me in line. I wonder how he liked getting my dbl cheeseburger w/no onions and the missing fries?!For $50, I feel like everything should have been on point or at least much closer to it! I even questioned if the extra gravy, ketchup, and BBQ sauce were all in the bag ... I got, "They should be if you ordered them"! WHAT?I do NOT recommend this establishment!

I don't usually make reviews unless it's bad, but this is the best DQ Ive been to in my entire life. Even though the chocolate icecream is gone I just ask for the chocolate sauce to be added in and it's exactly the same. I've only ever had one problem but it was just missing toast so I just brushed it off because y'all have earned it! Service is amazing the staff is so friendly and when I had to wait a few minutes they gave me a free sundae coupon. I'll put in here that the exit for the drive thru isn't ideal but that doesn't dismiss the quality of the food and service! Thank you !!!
The parking lot is very, very hard to get out of the drive thru. You basically can only turn right, then you’ve got to be careful, because almost all of the time when you turn, your car goes into the other lane and you’ve got to pull out far enough to see traffic on the left on the other side of the building. Be careful. The food has gotten so expensive, you could go to a restaurant and get something better and for about the same price, however the other place probably isn’t a fast food restaurant. I stopped going there after they got rid of the chocolate ice cream because they didn’t have enough room for it. The service is hit and miss as you’ve got mostly teenagers working there in high school. Typically the inside is pretty clean, but it’s really hard to get into the tiny bathroom. There’s a handicapped parking spot, but the door is definitely not handicapped friendly.

Ordered a blizzard of the month online and when I got the here they said they aren’t currently doing that blizzard. Why advertise it on your current flavors and give customers the option to order it online just to get to the store and have it not actually be available yet.

I'm not sure if it's the food or if it's the ice cream that made me sick, I'm not ordering from this location again. Service is, well, it's teenagers they aren't friendly when they want to be, and inside, it's never really clean. The floor has a sticky feeling to it, and ambiance lol.The location is not the easiest to get into or out of, I've ordered via doordash, ordered via app and ordered at the restaurant and either way I still get sick from this location no matter what I've ordered. Recommend going elsewhere for food and ice cream!
