If you want good Hawaiian BBQ, there is no better place than Kona Cafe. Junction City or Springfield, you will not be disappointed. Try the Big Kahuna, it's a bit of everything.
This place has really good food but good luck getting it. They seem like they're never open and if you do manage to like get to talks to someone usually the day try to put you on hold and then the line cuts out a couple minutes in I've only ever had it twice and I've tried upwards to 10 times to get it.
I can't say enough about the Kona Café, other than that it's THEE BEST Hawaiian food in the area. Not only are the prices ridiculously affordable, the quality and flavor of the food is outstanding. I find it hard not order the same thing over and over again each time I visit. Even with a tip, the cost of a lunch is by far cheaper than anything else in town at the level of quality they put forward. Portion sizes are huge. I highly recommend the Kona Café in Junction...
