I'm a manager who lives off of coffee and have been coming to this Starbucks regularly for about 6 months. The morning shift staff here are consistently amazing—always so helpful and kind. This is hands down the best Starbucks I've ever been to! Thank you all for working so hard and always doing it with a smile!

The sign said open 5 to 8. It’s 5:15 and there were 2 employees in the store. No one answering the drive thru and doors locked. Wouldn’t even acknowledge us at the door.

Friendly staff. Correct drink. Not leaking. Put a sleeve and asked if I needed a stopper. Simple as that.

Unwelcoming atmosphere, the staff doesn’t greet you when you pull to the window. Once you get your order they shut the window before you can ask for anything like straws or napkins.

Lack of training and inexperience is no excuse for poor customer service. Terrible Baristas here, save your time and money and go to the Starbucks in the Safeway where they don't feel entitled.
